The "All Time of the World" holiday home is a 125m² three-bedroom chalet on three floors. Located directly on the golf course Oberberg at 400 meters above sea level. Two balconies and two terraces with stunning views over the Bergisches Land invite you to linger. A large living room with an open, top modern kitchen, large dining table for 10 people and box-spring sofa bed form the heart of the house. In the attic there are two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds. A large family room with double bed and bunk bed is located on the ground floor. There is also the luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub. A second bathroom with shower, toilet and washers / dryers is also located on the ground floor,

Die Unterkunft war mit Navi leicht zu finden. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und für uns vorbereitet. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön, gerade bei Sonnenaufgang. Man schaut direkt in das Tal. Wir haben das Haus aufgrund der guten Raumaufteilung ( mehrere Schlafzimmer) und auch der Möglichkeit alle zusammen an einem großen Tisch sitzen zu können, gebucht und natürlich die vorhandenen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Kids (Klavier, Tischtennis etc.)Wir waren mit 4 Erw. und 4 Kindern hier. Von dort haben wir viele Ausflüge unternommen. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön.Einziges Manko ( ist aber auch angegeben): Die Treppe zu den beiden oberen Schlafzimmern ist eine Wechselstufentreppe und für Kleinkinder absolut nicht geeignet. Für unsere 12-Jährige haben wir nachts das Licht im Flur angelassen, so dass das dann kein Problem war.Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Lieben Dank an den Vermieter, der uns trotz vorhandenen Schlüsseltresor am Anreisetag Willkommen geheißen hat.Liebe Grüße aus Ostfriesland

Ungünstig geschnitten

War ganz nett, aber wegen des Aufbaus und der Hellhörigkeit nicht wirklich für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet.Alle anderen müssen über eine sehr steile Treppe nach unten die nicht für Kinder, Rentner oder Hunde geeignet ist.Bäder und Rollos unten waren noch benutzbar aber teilweise kaputt oder kurz davor. Der Preis war dafür leider ziemlich überhöht.

Netter Gastgeber, jedoch nicht ganz perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben 5 Tage mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen) eingeplant. Darunter war ein Kleinkind und die Oma. Das Haus entspricht mit allen Angaben der Beschreibung im Inserat. Dennoch empfanden wir es leider für die Größe der Gruppe als ungeeignet. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist ungünstig (2 Schlafzimmer auf dem Dachboden, beide Bäder im Keller , eine sehr steile Treppe). Ohne Kleinkind und älterer Person wäre es vermutlich machbar gewesen aber so konnte leider niemand wirklich zur Ruhe kommen da das Haus zudem extrem hellhörig ist und man im unteren Geschoss nicht schlafen kann wenn oben Personen herumlaufen. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hat sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Auch ein Problem mit der Heizung wurde sofort behoben. Dennoch sind 5 Personen nach zwei nächsten abgereist. Alles in allem ist das Haus in Ordnung, jedoch nicht für zu viele Personen und nicht für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen . Wir wünschen Herrn Koch weiterhin alles liebe und bedanken uns für die einwandfreie Kommunikation.

Week Heidberg

We hadden een week geboekt in het vakantiehuis in Heidberg. Het landschap was mooi echter op het huis hebben we opmerkingen. We hadden een huis geboekt met twee badkamers. Het klopt het huis had twee badkamers jammer was dat beide badkamers naast elkaar liggen en dat twee slaapkamers twee verdiepingen hoger zijn. Waarvan de hoogste verdieping met een steile trap te bereiken is. Ook jammer was dat toen we aankwamen we de brandnetels verwijderd hebben om goed op het terrein van het huisje te komen. Het huisje is niet geschikt voor mensen met fietsen, zoals wij. Om bij het huisje te komen hebben we de fietsen een trap omhoog moeten tillen. Ook vervelend was dat er nagenoeg geen kastruimte was. Op de slaapkamer met 4 bedden was 1 kast beschikbaar met 1 legplank de overige kastruimte was of bezet of prive. In de advertentie staat omschreven dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn. Dit klopt echter op de wasmachine en droog stond geschreven dat deze niet gebruikt mogen worden alleen onder begeleiding! Samenvattend, dit was voor ons een minder huisje zeker omdat het moeilijk toegankelijk is met fietsen en de slaapkamers op de bovenste verdieping alleen gebruik konden maken van een badkamer en wc twee verdiepingen lager. We vinden dit geen huisje geschikt voor mensen met fiets, ouderen, jonge kinderen en mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Mooi verblijf en groot genoeg voor 10 personen. Uitrusting zeer kompleet. Spijtig dat de toiletten zich in de badkamers bevonden ; niet altijd praktisch ’s morgens met 10 personen. Zeker de moeite om er bij beter weer nogmaals naartoe te gaan.

Great house!

The house was very nice! We stayed there with our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children 18 and 16 yrs) and our dog (Golden Retriever). Everything you need is in the house and it was also a great place for the dog because of the fenced garden. Also the owner is a very nice person! If you have any questions he is always available and very friendly. We had a great time!
