We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we won't be present at the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the app or by phone. Your comfort is our priority.

Our home is situated at the end of a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are all established and respectful.

Minutes from a boat rental company that can cater all sizes of marine craft. A couple of kayaks will be provided for daytime adventure, the coves have calm waters for beginner adventurists. Swimming right off the dock is always an option as well.

Paddleboard sessions are available as well.

Riverbend Park is within a 15 minute commute with beautiful walking trails that wind in and out of the trees through open fields and next to Lake Hickory. Within a 30 minute drive we have Rocky Face Park which has 6 miles of moderate to strenuous trails.

Winery's, Breweries, and Distilleries are popular attractions within a short distance.

Lake Hickory while picking up in popularity is still mostly natural landscape with beautiful views.



Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, private dock, and surrounding grounds.

* Water Safety: The property is situated directly on the water. We ask that all guests, especially those with young children, exercise caution and stay aware when near the water's edge.
* Security Cameras: For your security, two exterior cameras are on the property. One is focused on the front door and the other on the backyard. To protect your privacy, these cameras do not view any screened-in areas or the home's interior and are only accessed in the event of a security concern.
