This is the perfect place for an inexpensive getaway or a place for a working professional! There is great wifi. Enjoy our comfortable studio apartment with a small kitchenette, full bathroom, washer and dryer, couch and queen bed. The apartment has been renovated and has beautiful wood ceilings, soothing wall colors with great energy! If traveling with family, check to see if the house in the front is booked and you can rent the house and the studio apartment in the back. Roku TV.

We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.

The property is on a convenient and visible road.

Minutes to Downtown Winchester (1 mile) which has shops and restaurants and a great coffee spot!

Winchester City Park (which has a super fun frisbee golf course!) is right down the road within walking distance.

The Bass Club is in walking distance making us a great place for Fishermen to stay. Less than a one mile drive or bike ride to Tims Ford Lake. 10 minutes from the new Twins Creek Marina which has a great restaurant! 

The closest grocery store is Walmart which is about a 10 minute drive.

There may be some street noise, however we provide sound machines for every bedroom for your enjoyment/comfort.

CONCERTS AT THE CAVERNS in Pelham is just 20 minutes away so we are a perfect place to stay if catching a show in this cool venue.

Circle E Ranch is a quick 15 minute drive so enjoy our space after some of the awesome events they hold there.

This property is on the back of the lot of a property we own with a 3 bedroom house. You have full exclusive access to the apartment. It is attached to a large 2 car garage which will be inaccessible to you and holds our supplies/tools for our properties. There is shared access to the yard.
