This newly remodeled home is in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Walk to the beach or use the provided boat slip to to keep your boat on site. Restaurants and shopping are very close by. Enjoy the large hot tub or catch rays on the floating dock. Public boat ramp is right next door. The property rents on a Sunday to Sunday turn day.
