Peaceful lake house with private boat ramp and 2 docks

Peaceful, flat lakefront house with private boat ramp and plenty of dock space. Fully equipped kitchen and covered grill/burners and fridge outside. The outside has a smart tv with streaming services. Commercial ice maker. Plenty of land parking and beds, especially for kids. 2 Queen air mattresses with pump for extra guests. Back porch seats 14 with extra seats available. Basic pantry/cooking items are available. Living room has full/queen futon and a Serta queen size couch that lays back into a bed. The ottoman can be unfolded into a twin size bed. A variety of board/card games are located in the trunk in the living room. The living room tv has Apple TV with streaming services. The master bedroom has a king size bed and smart tv. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen size beds and twin bunk beds with a Roku tv. Bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle. A washer and dryer are available with detergent sheets provided. Extra beach towels are located in the master bedroom. This house is designed for enjoying beautiful Lake Martin with family and friends. We look forward to you loving the lake like we do!

This is our third time renting this property, obviously, we love it! Tanya is an amazing host and the property has all of the important amenities that you would want in a lake house! The porch and pavilion make outdoor living a luxury!

We loved staying at this property. The convenience of the lake and the incredible patio made this a week to remember. It was our first time to Lake Martin and we will be back!

Fun time at the lake!

A lot of open common space, nice porch and outside cooking area with plenty of seating! Ice maker comes in handy, and the private boat ramp worked out great.

Wonderful Lake House

We had a great time! Clean, nice setup and a quiet area with a beautiful view. It didn’t feel like renting, it truly felt like staying at your family’s lake house. Wasn’t far from restaurants by car. We all enjoyed our stay even our dog Daisy Mae.

Love This Place

We will not stay anywhere else. Love the location. Forces you to spend time with family. Chimney Rock isn’t as far as we originally thought last year. Groceries are close but the rest of the time we enjoyed the lake and property. They have everything you need.

Family trip

Had a wonderful time. Owners had everything we needed and more. The flat area in front of house was great for the grandkids to play on, Only negative were the flies which the owner tried to alleviate with fly strips. But, Mother Nature only laughed at them!!!

Cute little house on Lake Martin

We had a great weekend at this Lake Martin home. We loved the porch, docks, and outdoor sitting/kitchen areas. Getting there seemed a little sketchy at first, but once you’re through that area it is nice. The house is older, but super cute and well kept. We will go back. The VRBO app didn’t work, but once I deleted it I could see the important information about the house on the website. I had to bother the homeowner to find out how to get in the house. That was the only problem we had.

Outdoor paradise

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, had many outdoor spaces and docks to enjoy. The house was privately set in a beautiful cove and own boat launch very convenient. We especially loved the large deck on the back of the house to have family meals together. The house was stocked with nice touches like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, beach towels, and ice maker was great! There were a few things that needed some attention. The arm on the bar b q was broken, some nails protruding in the dock and hole in the floating dock, microwave door needs repair, needed a few more larger pans and bowls for larger amounts of food for large family meals. Could have used some additional bath towels. We appreciated the host contacting us back quickly to get Wi-Fi working after storm. It’s a great place to stay and would like to return!

Great Place to enjoy Lake Martin

We enjoyed a long weekend to attend our daughter’s graduation at Auburn. This place was perfect for a little gathering to celebrate her on beautiful Lake Martin. We did have rain our last day…but no problem because this place offers a LARGE COVERED front porch with plenty of seating and tables.

Incredible house

Perfect for our Thanksgiving. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room. The location was convenient and the area is beautiful. Next time we stay longer to take advantage of the outdoor living area. Incredible house.

Girl’s Weekend

Chose this place because had lots of sleeping options. It’s a beautiful location. Great places to gather inside, out on the patio, down on the dock, or by the outdoor kitchen area. One SIL is talking about bringing her kids and grandkids for a stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Getaway!

House and outdoor set up were great for a low-key lake getaway! The kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. Highlight of the trip was renting a pontoon boat from Harbor Pointe Marina and tubing. Host was very responsive and attentive!

Peaceful location

This was our second time staying here for our yearly family vacation. We really enjoy the house and the location, it’s not a busy area of the lake so we don’t have a lot of boat traffic to deal with. Tanya is great to rent from and very responsive to any needs that may come up.
