Pet Friendly-3BR/3BA - 4th row from Ocean, Lagoon, Pool

Clean, crisp with simple furnishings and décor make this a dream vacation. Every attention to detail is exhibited in this 3 bedroom/3 bath home with private pool ( can not be heated ) on the lagoon nestled in a premier oceanfront resort.

Our home is 4th row from the beach and on the lagoon, located in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. USA (45 minutes from Savannah Airport). The ocean is within 5 -7 minutes walking.

Our home is a one story easy living 3 bedroom 3 bath house focusing on outdoor living, dining on the enclosed terrace, walking on the beach and swimming in the private pool. Simple lifestyle is now here. Interior has new floors throughout and new furniture in all rooms. The master suite, living area and kitchen and terrace have views of the lagoon. The screen terrace is great for any meal , for reading and at any time of the day you will see quiet boaters, kayaks enjoying the 14 miles of beautiful lagoon of Palmetto Dunes. The lush yard gives you room to play, fish off the bulkhead or take your kayak down the lagoon.

The backyard looks over the lagoon and has a private (not heated) pool nestled among 26 palm trees and lush grounds, 8 lounge chairs and a large umbrella. You can hear the ocean waves while in relaxing in the pool and if you walk to beach its only 5-7 minutes away.

All furnishings are new and coordinated for a crisp and clean look. Great care has been given in selecting new mattresses, duvets, and linens so yours nights are as enjoyable as your days. This one story house is child friendly and great for seniors who do not want stairs.

******* We are Pet friendly since the floors are wood laminate with area rugs, please contact us regarding rules and deposits. The nonrefundable fee is 300.00 for 1 dog and 100.00 for second dog and goes towards the extra cleaning. WE do not allow pit breeds. Please do not have other dogs over, or friends dogs visit during your stay. We do not allow cats or other animals.

Please keep your dog off the beds and sofas. Please remove the dog poop from the yard.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master suite has a private entrance to the backyard and overlooks the lagoon and private pool. The house has a 1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 pullout sofa (Sleeps 8 & room for baby crib). All showers are walk in for ease and accessibility for older guest. All rooms have a TV (Spectrum) and free WIFI with use of a ROKU.

Around the pool are 3 umbrellas, 8 lounge chairs and several small tables. The pool cannot be heated. We provide a charcoal grill. The grilling utensils are in the kitchen and you are responsible for charcoal and fluid. Please stay with the grill when using.

To help with your stay we will also provide:
kitchen cleaning supplies under the sink, paper supplies
6-8 beach chairs that you place on your back
assorted beach toys for children

1. We have a keypad code entry and will send code for your stay.
2. You will pick up your car passes at Palmetto Dunes Security office , each pass is 25.00. this is not included in your VRBO cost.
3. Upon signing VRBO , we will send an agreement with more detail for your signature.
4. You are purchasing a 99.00 security deposit to protect you in case something is broken, damaged or stained, please tell us immediately, not at the end of your stay. Simply call or text with a picture , we understand that accidents happen, that is why you have a security deposit. When a guest does not tell us, we absorb the cost and it usually upsets the next guests stay.
*******Please be courteous and notify us as soon as something is damage (not at your departure, it then becomes an emergency or a disappointment for the next guest) so we can start planning to fix or replace upon your departure or during your stay.
