Welcome to this spacious two-story, fully furnished, 4 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home in Charlotte, NC. Located in a quaint neighborhood with a community pool and playground. Minutes from shopping, restaurants and highways. The light interior will give you ample natural light, desk space, dining room table, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, kitchen island, laundry room with washer/dryer, wifi accessibility, loft area with dedicated fitness equipment, ample closet space (large walk in closet in the master bedroom and a reach-in closets in all guest rooms), stand-in shower with a garden tub in the master bathroom and a spacious living and family room to unwind and relax after a long day at work. Kick back on the back patio with a fenced in yard to enjoy the evenings. The home provides a large driveway that fits up to 4 cars and free street parking. Short drive to Lowe's (1 mile), Target (1.2 miles), Northlake Mall (1.4 miles), Walmart (4.8 miles). Only 16 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International airport and 15 minutes to Concord Regional Airport. Less than 15 min to Uptown Charlotte and so much more within a 20 minute drive!

Note: Garage is not available for use but driveway can accommodate 4 cars.

Great home in nice neighborhood

We were staying for a golf weekend and this was the perfect house for us to explore the city and get some great golf in. Close enough to downtown to go out but far enough away to feel very relaxed. Booking and communication was excellent.

This was a good home for my family and I to stay for a long weekend. It has all the essentials. It was in a good location, nothing was too far away. There was plenty of space in the home for all of us. We had hours of fun playing games at the end of the night.

We had a wedding just outside of Charlotte and this house was perfect! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and the house was within a 15 minute drive to everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely rent again and recommend!

Amazing stay

This house is huge, great stay. We enjoyed this property, filled with southern hospitality. Everyone we came in contact with was super helpful and nice. The beds were very comfortable and there was a tv in every room. This was a huge bonus for the children. Plenty of room for our family of 7 to sit together and eat together. Owners were very attentive to our needs and were quick and efficient.

Would definitely return if I am in the area!

I can't recommend this location enough!!! Pricing was reasonable, the neighborhood was quiet and easy to find, the house was beautifully decorated, clean, and super comfortable for my group of 6, we had all that we needed to enjoy several cooked meals including grilling on the outside grill. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond to all of my emails.

Nice house!

The house was nice and big! Couches and beds were very comfy. The property manager was great! The house pretty much had everything you need. Just wish it had more lighting outside in the front. One of the shower pipes I believe has air in it because it makes a noise when showering. One of the outside garbage pails had maggots all over the bottom. Despite those little things, we did enjoy our stay.
