About this property
Cozy cabin. Quiet valley. Hot tub & views. Close to everything CO has to offer.
This beautiful, mountain hideaway is tucked away in its own private valley near the end of a cul-de-sac where the only passersby is you. The meadow is graced with wildflowers and frequently visited by wildlife including deer, fox and the occasional bear. Relax on the deck and take in the panoramic views of pine and aspen forests on the surrounding hillsides. Soaking in the hot tub on a moonless night will open up another world, with more stars in the sky than you could ever imagine.
Your vacation spot is conveniently located between Divide and Cripple Creek, less than a mile off the main highway, on a county-maintained road that is accessible year-round. You are only 45 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, ~1.5 hours from Denver, 10 miles from the historical Cripple Creek & Victor, and surrounded by national forest, state parks, hiking trails, back road jeep trails, and gold medal fishing waters. There are also plenty of mountain bike trails and rental shops for exploring rock climbing, golf & disc golf, ATV, e-bike, Segway tours, ziplining, and white-water rafting. And don't forget to reserve a soak in the nearby hot spring tubs in Manitou Springs!
After a busy day of activities or visiting the many local attractions in the area, you can wind down in front of the indoor beautiful gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite tunes and movies. The bedrooms are comfortably set up with 1 King and 2 Queens. You will never want to leave the Colorado Rockies after a few days at our Rainbow Valley cabin!

About the host
Hosted by Jason Nyberg and Renee Schuh

We have always dreamed of having a cabin. We are so grateful to have this retreat and to share it with fellow travelers. Like you, we love getting away, and people's willingness to share their homes has made exploring and relaxing so much easier. We want to pay it forward to you! We hope you enjoy your stay at our home.
Why they chose this property
If you want to get away from it all, but still be close to everything the great state of Colorado has to offer, this is a wonderful spot. It can be your home base for outdoor adventures or for just relaxing in front of the fire.
What makes this property unique
We have created a space that we love to spend time in ourselves. We think it feels like a home instead of just a vacation rental. Because it is!
