The historic Ohlerich Speicher in direct harbor location was extensively renovated and now houses the here offered modern holiday apartment.
On site, you will be personally welcomed and cared for. Reception occupied until the evening, so that flexible arrivals are possible.
The apartment offers 1 king size bed 180x200, as well as a sofa bed 140x200; thus maximum space for 3-4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy your glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the old town and the harbor. Experience an authentic environment with ships and seagulls. Incl. Towels and bedsheets. No extra costs for electricity or water. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Nettes Städtchen schöne Lage mit kleinem Nachteil zur Beachtung

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und ist gut ausgestattet. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine hat uns gefehlt wir sind da keine Senseo-Fans. Einen Wehrmutstropfen hat die Lage allerdings: Es ist schön und beeindruckend wenn neben einem die Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen aber die Schiffe müssen ihre Motoren laufen lassen. Schlimmer ist allerdings wenn ein Stückgutfrachter im Hafen anlegt, bei uns war er 4Tage am beladen und das rund um die Uhr und natürlich die Dieselmotoren an, das sollte man bei der Hafenlage berücksichtigen. Ansonsten toller Ausblick und schöne Umgebung.

Alles top

Wunderschöne Wohnung in historisch-modernem Ambiente. Betreuung excellent. Lage wunderbar, wenn man die Stadt Wismar erkunden und genießen möchte, was wir vorhatten :-). Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das einzige Problem ist der Parkplatz. Aber zum Ausladen kann man am Haus parken, und ein günstiger Parkplatz sind 5 Minuten fußläufig. Also auch nicht wirklich ein Problem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Bäcker, Fischkutter, Restaurants sind auf kürzestem Weg erreichbar - ebenso wie die sehr schöne Altstadt Wismars und auch die Küste. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, auch unser Kind will unbedingt wieder in diese Wohnung.

Ferien in Wismar

Sehr schönes Appartement, war alles vorhanden, schöner Ausblick auf Stadt und Hafen. Leider fehlt im Haushalt ein Staubsauger. Ansonsten war es ein schönes Feriendomizil. Wismar ist eine Reise wert.

Tolle Lage, moderne Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schicken, feinen und sehr modernen Wohnung direkt am Hafen sehr genossen. Bessere Lage kann man in Stralsund wohl nicht haben.

Die Lage am Hafen toll, schöner kleiner Balkon, der bis Mittag in der Sonne ist. Super zum frühstücken. Das Apartment ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Die Bilder lügen nicht. Wirklich wunderschön in toller Lage. Wer es nicht mag, das es am Wochenende durchaus draußen Veranstaltungen gibt sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Wir haben den Part gemütlich auf dem Balkon sitzend und in den Hafen schauend genossen.

Schöner Blick über den Hafen und die Stadt

Eine komfortabel Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht, mitten im Hafen in bester Lage zu Restaurants und zu frischen Frühstücksbrötchen. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstück aber auch zu einem abendlichen Wein mit tollen Blick auf den Alten Hafen ein.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten vom Hafen aus den besten Startpunkt für die Ausflüge in die Stadt, nach Poel oder Schwerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick, die Ausstattung: perfekt!

Ein wunderbar modernes Appartement in zentraler Lage mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Die Verdunkelung des Schlafzimmers ist mit Kleinkind nicht optimal, aber mit unempfindlichen Kind machbar. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen, gerade auch wegen dem Balkon.

Sehr schön

Sehr schöne neue Wohnung mit Bequeme Küche und gutes Badezimmer. Mit Internet kann man genau herausfinden welche Schiffe im Hafen liegen. www.marinetraffic.com. Fahrrad kann man gut aus dem Sicht abstellen hinter dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wismar, Rostock und Lübeck in der Nähe. Toller Blick auf den Hafen, zu Fuß direkt in Wismar. Parken ist nicht perfekt, aber ok. Zu empfehlen 👍

Entspannter

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage ebenfalls. Leider verursachen die Bautätigkeiten neben an ziemlichen Lärm und Staub. Außerdem war der Aufzug 3 Tage ( auch am Ankunftstag / Koffer in die 4. Etage ) außer Betrieb!!
