Great for Disney

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at th is property for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. If we were staying for Disney, it would have been a great location.

Decent property could use a little more updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. It was decent for the price. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked it, the floors in particular weren’t very clean. The finish is peeling off the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and would pull away from the door every time we opened one. The beds are also very noisy every time you move and teenager hated that the one downstairs was on wheels because it slid around. The water in the showers upstairs also does not get nearly hot enough. The couches in the living room were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Location is great and the pool was warm. The few times I contacted the property owner he was very professional and quick to respond. So while the property could use a few more updates, I would probably stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at a few Windsor Hill rentals previously this property needs a little up keep as there were a few broken items the the upstairs bathtub ended up being clogged and the water ended up backing up while I was showering (yuck!) the air conditioning didn't seem to keep the place cool enough as my family all woke up hot and sweaty during the night and there is a sign stating not to adjust the thermostat. the property manager did respond and fixed the bathroom tub.

For the right price it's a great option

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Bed was adequate comfort. Couches worked and not broken. Floors throughout so no dirty carpets. Check-in code worked easily.Bad things- the general public is not smart and any single person in the whole complex holds up the security line getting into Windsor hills.The dryer was disconnected from the exhaust and pushed humid and lint filled air into the unit.Some things were repaired in a quick and cheap way. The pool area is aging not so nice. Uneven pavers. The roof is shedding asphalt onto the pool deck and you drag that back into the house.So this honesty review is real. It's not a "perfect" or brand new property. It's not high end finishes. But it's a large accommodation and you park right in front. It's a great fit for a Disney vacation where you want to have a great value in a place to sleep and relax. And you get a way to wash clothes, and make meals or warm up leftovers.

Great People to work with but Dirty and Dingy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a last minute add on to do Disney in front of a trip to visit family in Sarasota. I emailed with two different women who were wonderful to communicate with. This is our 3rd Windsor Hills stay, so we were really excited. However, when we got there, the furniture was filthy. It felt like going to a hotel that hadn't been updated for 30+ years. The couches felt and looked greasy the wood furniture had dried on spills like coffee, under the beds was dirty. The other bad thing is the towels. There was one small thin towel per person. Not what one expects when visiting a home with a pool and then another pool resort. So, the towels were always wet, and when you got out of the shower you had to use a pool towel that had sunscreen and pool water in it....Not the same as being clean. (Both previous Windsor Hills had numerous thick bath towels PLUS pool/beach towels. My sister has rented in WH twice, including a 2 month stay during Covid. We have raved about this community to may parents for 3 years, but I was embarassed to have my elderly parents make the drive.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was nice and comfortable, but was given the wrong code for the front door. Called property manager, took three codes before it was correct. The pool was not cleaned and tile around pool. Management did send someone out the next day to clean the pool but never cleaned the tile, dirt, screws and weeds remained. We would recommend having a chair in the upstairs masterbath. Found it inconvenient because of leg issues.
