Important Info:
• Timeshare Units: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own toiletries (soap, etc.) for your stay. The resort provides linens, towels, and pillows for your comfort. BRING your Beach Towels!
• No Pets Allowed: The resort does allow legitimate service animals, but emotional support animals are not permitted.
• The City of Virginia Beach holds many oceanfront concerts and events on the beach. There will be times where they schedule events at the 3rd to 8th street stage(resort is on 5th Street), so beach access directly in front of the resort may be affected(you may have to walk down a few streets to go to the beach). PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DATES PRIOR TO RESERVING IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THIS AFFECTING YOUR STAY! WE CANNOT CANCEL RESERVATIONS BASED ON THIS OR MOVE YOU TO ANOTHER RESORT AS THESE ARE TIMESHARE UNITS, SO THEY ARE FIXED WEEKS AT THIS RESORT AND CAN'T BE CHANGED!
• Timeshare Presentations: You are not required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation. If invited, feel free to decline – unless you’d like to attend!

• A $200 damage hold will be taken at check-in via your credit card and released upon check-out.

• For any issues during your stay, the front desk is your go-to for maintenance requests. I’m local and available to assist with any check-in or other concerns!

Important Update for 2025: Guests will only have access to the amenities at Beach Quarters Resort as the sister resort, Turtle Cay Resort, will be closed for the year.
