The house was exactly as we expected and the owners were so great to work with. Very kind people! We had enough room for our large family. We had no idea how convenient the location was, that was a huge bonus! This house is perfect for our lake weekends and will definitely be booking again!
It was a great place, just perfect for our time in Grove. My daughter loved the huge garden tub and we loved the space. We’ll definitely be staying at this place again.
We enjoyed the place which was very clean and organized for our stay. It rained most of the time but that's okay because enjoyed it anyway. I recently lost my husband and so my daughter and granddaughter decided to take a trip somewhere and we found this beautiful lake. We will definitely be back again someday! Thank you for your hospitality.

Came to Grand Lake for a fishing trip with friends. The house was perfect.
Quiet, convenient to town, plenty of room for boat parking.
Lotsa room in the house, we had everything we needed & it was very clean
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and it was in the perfect location for what I needed. Mornings on the front porch with some coffee and breakfast was heavenly and peaceful. I would love to visit again.

Thank you so much we hope you get to come back and visit the area again.
Thank you and have a blessed day.
Loved the proximity to Grove and Grand Lake. JC was available and helpful when we got kinda lost in the dark arriving. It was just the two of us but has plenty of space for 6 guests.
The exterior and the grounds were not overly attractive, but the inside was very comfortable and inviting. Everything we needed was there, and things were very comfortable. The only negative we would like to mention is that the screen door definitely needs to be replaced. There are a lot of bugs in the area and when you’re trying to move luggage into the house, the bugs can fly in. Other than that, we were very happy with the place, and would definitely use it again in the future.

Thank y'all so much. This is on the list for updates and glad y'all enjoyed your stay
It was Quiet as the name implies, everything worked as presented, received a response form the host/manager quickly to my call. Had a little trouble with the front doorknob, but I did not report as it was minimal. Sorry if anyone else had a problem with it.
The place is very clean. It is a double wide trailer so rooms and bathrooms are sized accordingly. But still very nice and everything works as planned. The setting is peaceful and overall nice place. Owner communications very good and outside lighting very good.
This was a nice quiet place to stay. There are pros and cons to every property, but here are mine for this location.
PROS: Quiet, convenient, very roomy, comfortable, not a lot of ridiculous rules like other places. Smaller services fees then most others.
CONS: A little outdated, very musty with a strong dirt or mildew smell, most likely because its closed up all week long and the wall to wall carper traps the smell.
Over all the stay was nice and we were comfortable.
This worked out well for our stay during a fishing tournament
It was great to be able to park and hook up to the electricity.
Outside yard light was really nice when getting back late.
Great easy location to anything you might need.
The only thing I would suggest is a little more options for watching TV. Couldn't get any of the collage or NFL games.
Thank You!!

Thank you for your review, glad y'all liked everything we are going to see about the TV channels. Please tell your fishing friends,
Hope y'all have a blessed holidays.
It was what we needed with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms as we had three couples. Our husbands fished a tournament at Grand Lake and there was plenty of parking for 3 trucks and 3 bass boats along with a car. No real driveway so we just parked in the yard which worked out great. Might be a bit muddy if it rained a bunch but it did not rain while we were there so all good. There is a short gravel road to the property, just about 2 blocks. The neighborhood and outside of the property was a little worrisome when we pulled up -- a bit run down but the picture on the listing shows this. We did not have any problems with the neighbors, quiet - some dogs in the area but no issues with them either. We would have liked for the porch area/chairs, etc., to be cleaner but there were mosquitos out every evening (Oct), so we did not use the porch anyway. The screen on the front door was torn almost all the way off so had to keep the front door closed so no mosquitos, etc would get in.The inside was very clean and had everything needed. The pictures on the listing are accurate. A bit older home so some wear and tear but decorated nicely, beds were comfortable, couches comfortable, good storage space for clothes and toiletries. The hosts were very responsive and we would stay again if in the area for a fishing tournament. Perfect place for fishermen who need plenty of parking.
