The room was a good size and clean. We loved the working fireplace and in-room hot tub. Some of the fixtures are dated but we found it ultimately added to the charm. There are a few minor maintenance items like some touch up paint that would be nice, but again nothing to complain about. The hot tub motor was audible but not bothersome even when the room was silent at night. In fact I appreciated the white noise. It's walking distance from a nice grocery store and a pharmacy. I also appreciated the underground private parking. I would stay here again.

Hot tub dirty when arrived. Black Hair in sink and floor when arrived. They came and just put chlorine tablets in the Hot tub so our eyes burned the whole time we were here. Never any Hot water in the showers only warm for a little bit. A man just walked in our room as we were getting changed. Other things are well but i want a refund or a big discount. We are not happy

Fantastic Stay

The location could not be better with a free bus stop outside the front door for transportation in and around the city and a 5 minute walk to the park city mountain base. All of the necessities for our weeks stay was within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. The room was fantastic and accommodated myself and two friends. I would definitely recommend the Silver King to a friend and will be going back. OH, and the hot tub with a Mountain View was a plus!

Superb for disabled guests

The unit was amazing. Getting to the condo was easy and clean. Once we got to the room it has a hot tub in the unit!! Having a washer drier after spending time on the mountain was a great feature. At night we sat by the fire relaxing and watching tv. We could not ask for anything better. We will definitely be back.

Don't rent this room!!

Horrible smell of chemicals from the hot tub that made us so sick, we begged them to let us out of our contract!! Filthy carpets, filthy couches! They also advertised a pool which was torn apart and under re-construction!!!!! HORRIBLE STAY and we urge you to look elsewhere!!!

Great location and cozy place

Our summer stay at this condo was great. The public transportation is super helpful and easy to use. There’s also plenty of stuff nearby to walk to. Main Street is lovely but expensive to eat at so we cooked a least one meal a day in the kitchen and it worked out great! Get foil, storage containers and spices if you plan to cook. You don’t have to worry about getting more than the starter stuff like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs as there was plenty there. Extra towels are available for the hot tub. The washer and dryer are small but helpful. The two full bathrooms are nice and updated. The hot tub was nice but makes noise at night going off and on. There is a box fan available which we used non-stop. We had troubles with the garbage disposal. Called in on a Saturday. Someone was there to check it out same day and it was replaced the next day. The gentlemen working on it were very kind and even gave local suggestions for places to find great food. Overall a great experience and lovely place to stay

Underwhelming Accommodations

I have stayed at the All Seasons Silver King Resort many times. This is the first time I've booked thru VRBO/Vacasa and probably the last. Vacasa had not sent our reservation to Silver King, so they didn't have anything on file for us - disappointing. The condo was adequate, but obvious that it needs some TLC: the cabinets in the kitchen need to be replaced, the only window in the condo doesn't open, the paint around the hot tub is peeling and falling into the hot tub, the warming light in the tub bathroom doesn't work, the toilet in the same bathroom runs. The owner should take some of the exorbitant price claimed to be charged as an owner fee and put it into the condo. The hot tub was delightful, the TV remote easy to use, and the bed pillows were awesome.
