Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and stove in all rooms (gas, wood/coal). The entrance is covered and leads over 3 steps and a 18 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with tiled stove, fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, stereo system and radio. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 3 single beds. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 4 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Leányfalu. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. Escape-proof for dogs. Fence height to the street 2 metres. The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (Girls’ Village), 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
