There was nothing wrong with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Location and facilities and management were the only problems. Would probably consider staying there again if I am looking for a cheap place to sleep for a night or two.

Neighborhood was a bit scary. Parking lot hard to maneuver. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Very clean room and restroom. Great value.

I booked a King bed and got 2 queens. When I asked I got a shoulder shrug. The room was clean but the febreeze air freshener was so over powering it was horrible. Parking was poor and limited. Was State Fait time - but price was ridiculous! Not sure what it would have cost if I called direct but I would hope not what I paid

The people are awesome!

We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole to rearrange. There is a bit of traffic noise during the day. I didn't notice it during the night when we were trying to sleep. I had requested a floor-level room. We were on the second floor, which leads me to believe they didn't read the notes. I knew it was going to be a struggle. I've recently had some nerve damage. So, besides the pain, some of the meds I'm on cause dizziness. So it wasn't easy going up and down the stairs. But all in all, we enjoyed our time there. Again, the people are awesome!!
