About this property
BACKELBÜ - our dearest stay for guests in Hauenstein
Overlooking the town, from a quiet side, enjoying the sun, this little house is set back behind a garden and blinks over to the Burghaldefels.
The cobbler path meanders behind it through the forest and so it is not surprising that the building was built as a children's shoe factory in the last century. We are restoring diligently and are delighted to leave the apartment under the gable to our holiday guests for wonderful days in the Palatinate.
We are happy to rent to 2 adults and 1-2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults.
In the 1st On the first floor, the rooms receive our guests with a high quality kitchen and the extraordinary 6-window gallery. The kitchen is modern and has a sink, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and hand mixer.
There is also a small sofa armchair corner with a small table.
And recently also a fast internet connection.
A spacious bedroom with a large double bed (180x200) and a cozy chamber with a bunk (140x200) and a cot (70x140) / or a sitting area with a skylight offer space for 2 adults and 2 children. Both bedrooms have an insect screen roller blind that keeps little bloodsuckers and other unwanted little guests outside.
The bathroom with skylight has a rain shower, washing area, toilet and hairdryer.
The rooms have oak parquet flooring or are tiled.
Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided.
On the lawn in front of the door there is the opportunity to stroll around on comfortable lounge furniture under a pavilion.
We would be happy to provide you with a small grill with some charcoal.
If you walk along the street for a few minutes, you will reach the really beautiful and natural Hauensteiner outdoor pool. And for friends of hiking, incredibly diverse and beautiful paths through our valleys and up to our heights. Even bikers and climbers get their money's worth here.
Adequate shopping facilities (butchers, bakers, supermarkets) and the shoe museum can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
An exceptionally central yet very quiet location with a fantastic view over the town and the rocks.
