Featuring open spaces and cool tiled flooring throughout, this single-level condo includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make it easy to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. Enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar or formal dining in the charming dining space. After days out exploring, come home and have a movie night in the living area complete with a large sectional sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. A shared pool, tennis court, and now a pickleball court near the tennis courts are perfect for outdoor recreation.

This was a well kept and fully equipped rental in a quiet and friendly community. Nearby restaurants are good for families and the coast is far enough to be out of the hubbub, and close enough for a short drive. Highly recommend!

Wa had a very confortable and clean stayed. We had some trouble with the code to check in and didn't get in the house until about 20 minutes after we arrived at 4 other than that, we have no complaints. I wil definitely keep you in mind for our next visit.

Perfect getaway!
Clean, spacious home away from the hustle of the island. Not too far from everything as well. Easy access to property and clear instructions of expectations. Would definitely stay here again.
Vacasa is a top notch property manager. Would use them anytime.

Home Away from Home
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, updated condo. All the comforts of home. New appliances were a real plus. The enclosed patio is wonderful for reading a good book with morning coffee. Close to the pool and only a short drive to the Island. We'll definitely be back again.

Property and location are good. I didnt get a code for the house, but was able to call and get it sorted it out. Maybe make it clear in the listing that boats are not allowed in the neighborhood.

Beautiful neighborhood
I really enjoyed my stay. It was accommodating for my family. Loved how they had extra towels although still wasn't enough. Lol, only complaint code didn't work for front door I couldn't reach anyone through messages. I could call though, I feel they should have non glass table because I have children. Oh and wash new towels we were full of lint.

Beautiful place. Great team managing the property. But they have a mild bug problem. They did come out and spray a.s.a.p. once notified, but bugs don't disappear immediately. So now our luggage gets to live in our cars to bake in the texas sun. Hopefully it will be resolved before the next people get there, but I wasn't able to relax and VRBO and Vacasa acted like it wasn't a big deal. VRBO's only resolution was to give me the number to Vacasa. I usually book a hotel or through Abnb and I was not ready for this level of nonchalance. It would have been nice to have been switched to a bug free property. Lesson learned.

We decided to stay in LV vs. SPI to save on cost and be closer to family. Being originally from the LV neighborhood, this truly was an enjoyable little townhome. This visit was more for family business vs. recreation, so it was perfect to be away from the island hype. I gave this an overall 5 star rating because overall it was an enjoyable location, the full set up in kitchen, availability of dishes, paper towels, and laundry pods was super helpful, The frustrating things we came across was we were not notified the keys were in a different lock box, so I was trying to open the front door for a while while being eaten alive by mosquitos. When we walked in, there was water all over the floor from a leak in aAc, the garage door button wasn’t working, and the dryer button was broken, Thankfully maintenance was quick to arrive in the morning the next day and very efficient in getting things fixed. The property manager was helpful and responsive even in my mood of frustration. We were able to get the late check out so we were able to finish drying the clothes that were wet before we knew the dryer was broken. Great overall experience and will stay again.

Cutest home away from home
I absolutely loved this place! It was so inviting and homey feeling. The neighborhood was adorable too - so clean and well maintained. It had everything you needed - it was cute and very close to so many fun things to do. I highly recommend it!!
