The holiday flat is in a 2-family house in a very quiet location. The spacious flat is sunny and furnished with every guest-friendly comfort.
Underfloor heating, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, radio and CD player, TV available.
Cross-country skiing track is directly on the other side of the road. Starting from us you can ski all the way to Maloja. Several famous races take place every year in March. Women's race, Engadien Ski Marathon, Maloja-Zernez race.
There is also a toboggan run in Zernez ... our sledges can also be used free of charge.
Bus and railway station within 2 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities, restaurants, national park visitor centre, family pool and sports centre can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. Walks can be started directly from the house.
Guests are welcome to bring their pets with them by arrangement with the landlady - for an extra charge. We kindly ask you to ensure that your pets are not in heat on arrival and during your stay. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness 😊
We not only had dogs but also other pets.... Papagai, guinea pigs :)

Other sports and leisure activities: Alpine skiing in Celerina, Pontresina, Diavolezza, Lagalb, St.Moritz, Corvats, Sils, Surlej, Scuol, Livigno, Klosters can be reached in approx. 45 min. Samnaun, Ischgl can be reached by car in approx. 1 hour. Golf course in Zuoz, Samedan max. 30 min. by car.

Excursion possibilities: World Heritage Site St. Johann Monastery in Müstair, 40 min. by car or public transport, and Bernina railway with breathtaking views of 4000 metre peaks and glaciers. Location description: The nature lover It is the gateway to the national park and the starting point for exploring the border triangle of Switzerland, Italy and Austria. But Zernez offers even more. The undisputed number one attraction is 172 square kilometres in size and offers a unique wealth of Alpine animals and plants in an untouched, wild mountain landscape: Switzerland's only national park is the largest nature reserve in the country. And the most spectacular - at least that's what they say here in Zernez. However, the friendly Engadine municipality is not only the gateway to the national park, it is also the location of the visitor centre, which has been open all year round since its opening on 31 May 2008. It offers an excellent tourist infrastructure with the attractive family and wellness pool, the mini-golf course and the new playground. There is a fantastic network of hiking and biking trails just outside the village. The 3 Nordic walking trails and the Vita-Parcour in the forest also offer sporting activities. + Tips: the Engadin cycling marathon in July with 2 challenges over 97km and 211km is the highlight for cycling enthusiasts (www.radmarathon.com).
