This is an upstairs half of a duplex. In a great neighborhood. Outfitted with everything you might need. It’s not an overly big place, but it’s not small either. And seems perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay.

We are walking distance to the Taxslayer Center. Two minutes to the 74 bridge, and just a few more to anywhere else in the Quad Cities.

I’ve been running a vacation rental for almost four years now, but I’m just joining the Vrbo team. It has been really great, and I’ve been able to meet a lot of wonderful people!

We had a nice walk from the place to a great dinner at Lemongrass Thai. Comfortable bed, liked the neighborhood and an overall great space to relax on the last leg of our trip.

A cozy stay in the Heartland

We stayed very pleasantly at this property at the start of our vacation and at the end. In fact, it was almost like getting home…we were familiar w/ the apartment and town. Josh is very accommodating.

Very clean and easy to get to. Older house but well taken care of. Owner responded quickly to texts. The bed was too soft for me but overall a decent place to stay.

Nice little place

Just had a two day stay in the area. The place worked out great for us. Very clean and well supplied. The owner even had a frozen pizza and some ham slices for us (which we didn't end up utilizing). Hard to beat this place for the price! Will definitely book this one again if we are in the area in the future.

Just what I was looking for!

Lovely little apartment. Perfect place for this travel nurse. Very clean and comfortable. The host is wonderful and extremely responsive. Check in and out were very easy. Super close to the highway. I have already booked this for next week.

Class Reunion trip

Above the basics

Was perfect, private, cozy, had everything I needed as if it were home. Not sure how hotels are gunna keep operating when there’s these open homes available for Half the cost. Was super conveniently located and comfortable for me to tend to my baby with no inconvenience. Appreciate it.
