☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
Thanks to the six massive bedrooms, your whole group will have more than enough space to make themselves at home. Each room has a unique theme that you can immerse yourself in. To ensure your nights (and days) are rejuvenating, the beds are covered in quality linen and have plenty of plush pillows. Fresh towels are provided for each bathroom.

The main level primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a half bath off the living room.

Two additional king suites located on the upper level also feature king-sized beds, sitting areas with sleeper sofas and flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms with romantic Jacuzzi tubs. The third bedroom on this level has two Queen-sized bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Two bedrooms are situated on the lower level. One boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and deck access. The other bedroom offers a full/twin sized bunk bed and two additional twin-sized beds.

The well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the chef(s) in your group. It features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals and make memories.

The large indoor dining table sits up to 10 guests. There is also an outdoor dining area (seating for 14+) if you want to enjoy the amazing views and fresh mountain air while you eat.

The cozy living room is the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time with family and friends. This room features a stone gas fireplace, a sofa, a love seat, and large flat-screen TV.

The private theater is your answer to a lazy day or one with bad weather. Select a film from our extensive collection, or bring your favorites from home and hunker down in the theater-style chairs while enjoying the warmth of the cozy fireplace.

You can close off the large windows with the floor-to-ceiling curtains for a true movie theater experience. This room is located on the upper level.

☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆
Both young ones and adults will love the epic game room on the lower level, allowing the whole family to enjoy each other’s company while getting the competitive juices flowing. The room features a pool table, air hockey, a multi-cade arcade game, and a large flat-screen television to watch the game.

Feel free to stock the kitchenette so you can grab snacks without needing to travel upstairs to the kitchen.

There’s an abundance of outdoor space from which to enjoy the unforgettable Smoky Mountain scenery. A deck affording beautiful mountain views surrounds American Dream Lodge. After a long day of fun in the Smokies, you can soak tired muscles in the private hot tub or grab your family and the marshmallows for a fun evening in front of your outside stone fire pit.

Other outdoor amenities include a ping pong table, a charcoal grill, a large dining table, and plenty of seating areas to enjoy your morning cup of Joe.

Remember that this cabin is located in the woods. You will likely see and hear plenty of birds and other critters. Bears are dangerous, so stay away and do not feed them.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access to the entire cabin, including the outdoor areas. The front door has an electronic lock, and you will be provided the code before check-in.

We provide a limited starter supply of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to buy more depending on the length of your stay. Note that firewood and charcoal for the grill are not provided.

Guests should be aware that there are floodlight cameras facing the driveways and a ring doorbell camera at the front door. These are for your protection; if you tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Free parking is available, and there is space for about 5-6 cars between the driveways and the end of the roadway. The cabin is located at the end of a country road, and driving directions will be provided prior to check-in.

Be sure to explore other nearby attractions, including Ober Gatlinburg, The Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg, Anakeesta Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Splash Country, and The Island!

We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.

HOUSE RULES:

The hot tub is for usage by adult guests. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

Fires are prohibited outside of the fire pit area. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

We do not send maintenance to the cabin during your stay, only after you depart.

No smoking inside cabin. Smoking outside is okay, however, please do not leave cigarette buds on ground or throw off the deck area.

No pets at any time. There will be a $1000 penalty and immediate eviction.

No parties allowed.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/neighborhood noise and other things beyond our control. There is a cabin under construction nearby and noise may occur. We recommend purchasing travel insurance should something unexpected require cancelling your trip for any reason (there are many web searchable options).
