Absolutely perfect for friends visiting their college kids! Noah’s the best at communicating and his place is perfect! Looking forward to next year! :)
Here for daughters graduation and the proximity to the Dome was great! We were able to host brunch and dinner with plenty of space to eat. Hung out and played games. Communication was great!
Great location by NDSU and a clean comfortable house. We played lots of shuffleboard and enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch. Highly recommended!
Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Home is furnished nicely. We had some questions with check-in which were addressed quickly by the host. Would stay here again when in the Fargo area
We stayed here with 3 couples for a weekend. House was very cute and clean. The guys loved the shuffleboard. The upstairs bedroom was huge and was like your own separate apartment. Very close to NDSU and downtown. The owner was very responsive and they came and shoveled right away in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

All the kids were here from out of state and we needed a place for my step-daughter, her husband and 2 children could stay and found this cute house near NDSU.
They were very happy with the stay there, especially since it was an area they were familiar with (we stayed at the nearby private dorms briefly before purchasing our home last year).
Thank you for having such a nice place in the area. I am sure we will book again when family and friends come to visit.
This property is a perfect location for anything NDSU related. Also, an easy drive to other areas of town. Quite neighborhood. Great space for 3 college girlfriends to reconnect for a weekend. Would have appreciated heavier window coverings in the main level bedrooms for added privacy. All in all, would stay here again.
The house was very clean and quite roomy with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. We were quite comfortable but there could be more living room seating. The kitchen was adequate but was missing a couple of basic items, toast, keurig, and some larger baking dishes. It is very nicely decorated and close to the university.
We had a wonderful stay at Noah's VRBO while visiting Fargo for a family wedding. The wedding was downtown and the location of the house was perfect. Less than a 5-minute drive. The house was very clean and decorated so nicely! The layout was great for all 7 of us staying. Spent a lot of time in the living room area playing shuffleboard and even brought out the Apples to Apples game from the front room game stash. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the number of towels and amenities offered. We even found the brass bison which was a nice fun touch to our stay. :-) Communication with Noah was great and we'd definitely stay here again for future visits. You were a great host, Noah!
Second time we stayed at this property.
We needed 4 rooms for 4 guests as we had in our first stay. Only 3 set up and our 4th guest had to sleep on the couch the first night.
Asked for a credit for the inconvenience with no follow through given to date.
I was so happy to find this beautiful home. Driving down the street and pulling up to the house I did not expect to find what I did when we entered. It was all renovated, very spacious, and really clean. The real gem was the top floor, which has a bathroom, tv room, and large bedroom. The front porch is a nice place to hang out - I would suggest the owners add some rocking chairs or Adirondacks to enjoy it even more.
We will definitely book this house on our next visit to Fargo.
