Beautiful newly renovated villa - Villa Sara Hrboki 5 minutes to the beach

Welcome to our holiday villa. Spend an unforgettable vacation in this completely renovated house in the beautiful small town of Hrboki. With a beautiful landscape you will find your peace and relaxation. The 3-room can accommodate up to 7 people and is therefore suitable for 2-3 families as it has fully fenced yard.

On the property there is an Istrian stone house that was completely renovated in 2022. and a smaller house of 60m2.

The main house on the ground floor has a kitchen, living room and toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one toilet and a sofa in the hallway. In the second house there is one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and living room( extendable couch). As part of the house on a plot of 1400m2 there is a large covered terrace, well and fireplace, and there is a large pool 8x4m2 with a beach of 100m2, and a table tennis and volleyball net. In a place just a few meters from the house there is a shop with all the necessary groceries.

The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away. It is called Uvala Blaz where you can rent a boat, fish and see beautiful mills and springs.

A great holiday place

The cottage was very nice and clean. The outside area was stunning. There are two houses on the property, a smaller one and the main building. The water in the pool is salt water. The only negative point was the slow internet (wifi).

Sehr netter Kontakt, alles sauber. Bei Fragen immer eine prompte Antwort. Super Villa. My boyfriend and children and myself of course enjoyed our stay at the Villa immensely. Small quiet town but short drive to anywhere you need. 10 minutes to the see. Same to the supermarket. The owners were wonderful and kind people. We will definitely go back again. Thanks for everything. Thumbs up !!!

Einfach toll..die Beschreibung sagt alles

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie verbracht, wobei die 1 Tochter mit Freund und die andere Tochter mit Mann und 2 kleinen Kindern unter 3 Jahren dabei war. Die Aufteilung in 2 Häuser auf einem Grundstück war so optimal. Die Fotos im der Anzeige entsprechen genau dem Zustand wie wir ihn vorgefunden haben. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Smart-TV hatte alle deutschen Sender und die Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine waren sehr neuwertige Geräte. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter super zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man läuft in 5 Minuten an Hühnern vorbei zu einem kleinen Supermarkt mit frischem Brot und Aufschnitt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an einem kleinen Hafen, wo wir uns ein Boot für einen Tag ausgeliehen haben, um in eine traumhafte Bucht zu fahren. Man kann aber auch direkt dort ohne Touristenrummel im Meer schwimmen gehen. Wir waren total begeistert von dem Haus und der Umgebung und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Aktiver Urlaub mit Heimat in Hrboki

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in wunderbarer, ruhiger Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig, sauber und gemütlich. Mit 7 Erwachsenen hatten wir genügend Platz. Aufgrund des leider sehr durchwachsenen Wetters waren wir viel im Haus (zum Glück beheizbar). Vor allem die Tischtennisplatte bot dabei viel Unterhaltung. Gute Startmöglichkeit in verschiedene Richtungen in Istrien (Ucka-Gebirge, Pula, Kamenjak) - mit etwas Fahrt gut bzgl. Klettern, Baden, Reiten,... Jederzeit gerne wieder! Und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Insgesamt gut aber…

Die Villa an sich war super, aber die Lage lässt zu wünschen übrig und entspricht nicht dem ausgeschriebenen, da man mindestens 10 Autominuten bis zum Meer braucht. Jedoch war diese Stelle mehr eine Bootanlegestelle als wirklich eine Gelegenheit zum Baden. Die nächste gute Badegelegenheit war 25 Autominuten entfernt. Außerdem war die Lage an sich nicht besonders, da dort nur Villen und Wohnhäuser stehen, das beste dort war der, zu Fuß erreichbare, mini Markt. Zusätzlich gab es viele Kleinigkeiten die leider beschädigt waren oder nicht funktioniert haben, dazu gehören kaputte Poollichter, Abzughauben, der Wasserfall Duschkopf, fliegende Sicherungen, flackernde Lichter im Nebenhaus, beschädigte Klospülungen und vor allem das vorhandene WLAN war nicht ansatzweise brauchbar.

Traumobjekt

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende ein Traumurlaub. Die zwei Häuser sind perfekt. Alles sehr modern und schick ausgestattet. Durch die zwei Häuser ist es perfekt, wenn man mit mehreren Erwachsenen Urlaub macht. Es war super sauber und eine Grundausstattung an Hygieneartikeln und Küchenartikeln war vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer modernen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist deutlich größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt und komplett ummauert. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Der Pool ist toll und mit 9 hervorragenden Liegen ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse, die auf den Fotos fehlt. Zu Fuss 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man z.B. Brot für‘s Frühstück kaufen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Meer. Nach Pula benötigt man ca. 30min. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen auch für Familien mit Kindern.

Sehr komfortable, ruhige und exklusive Anlage

Alles wie auf den Fotos! Hauptsaison mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss, eines mit Doppelbett und Bad ein Suite, das andere mit 3 Betten. Unten ein weiteres Bad mit Waschmaschine, Küche, ausgestattet für mindestens 6 Personen und großem Wohnzimmer. Draußen überdachter Essbereich mit grillkamin, Tischtennis und tollem Pool. Im Nebenraum ein Appartement mit Wohnküche, Doppelschlafzimmer und Bad. Ein hochwertig ausgestattetes Ensemble , bequeme Betten, sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind nett und freundlich, WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, einzig Fliegengitter im Dreier-Zimmer fehlen, die anderen Schlafräume haben Gardinen zum zuziehen, deshalb hatten wir Mücken….
