Beautiful and large holiday apartment with terrace in a unique location in the old town.



The holiday apartment called "Sun IV" lives up to its name. The apartment captivates by its unusual layout and its central location. From here you have a view of the world-famous Chapel Bridge and the Jesuit Church. The apartment has 3.5 rooms and can accommodate a total of seven guests. three double beds and a sofa bed are available. The apartment also has a private kitchen with all necessary utensils: cooker, fridge, oven, microwave and many small extras. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, shower, hair dryer and various hygiene articles. On your own terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Reuss and can really relax on warm summer evenings.



The following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, hand and bath towels, bed linen and all additional costs. Additional services such as laundry service and cleaning can be booked for an additional fee.



Due to the central location of the apartment you can reach the train station in a very short time. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Lucerne railway station. In addition, the Schwanenplatz bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment building. From here, buses run every minute in all directions. The Chapel Bridge, the Reuss and various shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and are only a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area offers everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Lucerne.

Fabulous Location

Loved our stay in beautiful Lucerne. This location was great for our family of 7. It is located on the river and is on the 4th floor. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Perfect Location

We loved our visit to Lucerne. This flat was in such a great location! It was easy to walk to from the train station and was in the heart of all the activities. My adult children absolutely loved it as well.

The property was neat and tidy. It was right in the centre of the old town and close to many restaurants. A suggestion is to provide a manual for the washing machine/dryer as we are unused to a washer and dryer in 1 and needed to look up the machine on line. A very pleasant stay in Lucerne.

Location, Location, Location!

Wonderful location with beautiful views of the Reuss, Chapel Bridge and the Jesuit Church. Easily walkable to anything you would want or need. There is a small lift which some members of my family used, but was too claustrophobic for me, so I climbed 4 flights of stairs multiple times daily. Request extra fans if there are warm/hot days during your stay. Loved all the wood beams, charm and the VIEW!

Excellent place with room to spread out

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (all adults). You could definitely put more people in the main room but we all wanted a little privacy and this was just right. We loved the patio and the views from both sides. The location is excellent! The pictures are exactly what you get. We used the washing machines in the unit and the 2nd floor as we had a lot of laundry to do and left feeling refreshed and ready to continue our travels. We spent 2 nights there and loved it. You could easily cook but we went out for meals. I had some contact with the host prior to arrival and they were very quick to respond.

Great Location

Location was right in the center of Old Town and a relatively short walk from the train station. Restaurants and shops surround the building and right near Chapel Bridge. Nice views and outdoor patio. One bathroom for five people was a challenge to get ready, but not insurmountable. Only negative was no AC to escape the heat of the day, but plenty of windows and fans to get a cross breeze. All in all a great find.

Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Four of us spent 5 nights here. Everything we needed was within walking distance…train station, lake cruise ship, Catholic mass service in beautiful church available, picturesque restaurants along the river, walks through the old town and to the Lion Monument, and to funicular to Chateau Gutsch for incredible view and lunch.Took day excursion to Jungfrau, Enjoyed spectacular views from dormer windows, washer/dryer and laundry rack came in handy. Loved sitting out on our balcony..was very quiet. Arrived late in evening but celebrated with some wine in quaint restaurant downstairs in same building. One hint about finding the place: tell cab driver, it is near the Magic Hotel.

Charming apartment at the center of it all

The apartment is centrally located in the old town with river views and a charming rear terrace. Fun architecture with the old attic beams still in place. Easy check-in with key box despite our after-midnight arrival - no glitches! Reply to all emails more promptly. I emailed the office about our delayed arrival to make sure it would be okay and did not receive any reply.
