Tasteful and high quality furnished apartment with glazed veranda and a beautiful sun terrace in general
This beautiful apartment has a total living space of approx. 67m ² enough space for a relaxing stay in every season. A separate bedroom and a combined living / sleeping area are available for a maximum of four guests. In the summer months, the spacious terrace with south-west orientation invites you to relax. In addition to beautiful seating, there are also two loungers.
Living and cooking
The living area is optically separated from the kitchen and can therefore also be used as a second bedroom. Real wood furniture, high-quality leather seating and state-of-the-art TV technology invite you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves little to be desired. The apartment is on the ground floor of Villa Bismarck. From here, the shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance (max. 5 minutes on foot). The beach is only 300 meters away.

A modern smart TV with free internet access further increases the attractiveness of this tastefully furnished apartment. The holiday laundry can be "supplied" in the communal washing machine in the basement. There are also two bicycles available for free use.

Use the bicycles belonging to the apartment and make your way to Kühlungsborn-Ost to the beautiful marina. When the weather is nice, sit in one of the beautiful lounge chairs at the harbor and enjoy the very special atmosphere.

Tolle Wohnung in einer top Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt plus Extras. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und in der Abend Sonne toll. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nur 200 m entfernt.
