Guests also love the retro AirStream trailer in the backyard - a quirky extra hangout or sleeping space for the kids and kids at heart!

Inside Sea Breeze, the bright and airy open floor plan includes a fully renovated kitchen, large dining table for eight, and island seating- perfect for entertaining. A retro arcade machine greets you at the entrance, while the cozy living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind.

The home boasts multiple bedrooms with king beds, Smart TVs, and stylish decor. The spacious primary suite includes a private sitting area and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, and walk in shower. Additional bedrooms offer king or queen beds, all with Smart TVs.

For extra fun, head to the air conditioned game garage with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and seating area. There is also a "Harry Potter Room" under the stairs, that kids will love for reading, napping, or just a fun little hangout space.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

This beautiful home is in a fantastic location and is very well appointed! The game room was terrific, we so enjoyed our family matchups in foosball and ping pong. Highly recommend this property. It had all the comforts of a home and the amenities of a resort. Fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath products, great garage converted into game room and a beautiful pool. Our stay was perfect! The pool and game room offered great entertaining space for our adult family of 8. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. All of the appliances worked perfectly as well as did the house A\C. The water heater was big enough for 8 people to shower before dinner without anyone getting a cold one. The host provided plenty of paper towels, dish and laundry soap trash bags and toilet paper for our stay. As well, we had plenty of bathing and beach towels for everyone. The beach chairs and umbrellas were also well stocked and in good condition. We walked to Jacksonville beach, restaurant and shops a nice walk, about 15 minutes. Very minor: we couldn’t figure out how to get the video game unit to work, the pics showed 6 pool loungers but there were only 4 and we would’ve liked a full length mirror somewhere upstairs either in the primary suite or somewhere in the hall but that’s literally our only minor disappointments. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Jacksonville! We had 8 adults and 5 children (ages 1-4) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and updated. The game room was so cool and the pool was perfect. There is a park close by we could walk to with the kids and there were lots of restaurants near by. Definitely would recommended!

Awesome location and great little house. Hot water was intermittent, I believe that cabin shared a water heater with the cabin connected to it. So depending on when the neighbors would shower would determine the hot water situation. All in all, was a great place and in the best location

This was an excellent listing and location for a multiple family vacation - 4 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room. The house is well stocked and equipped, we were able to cook/bbq without any concerns. It was a very short ride to the beach and it was a bonus that we could use the beach chairs, wagon and toys while we were there. We also loved the layout of the home..with two downstairs living spaces (the living room and the garage hangout) it made it easy to have adult space vs kid space during our stay. Would highly recommend! We’d book again in a heartbeat!

Weekend get away

After our first VRBO canceled (stating they sold the house) I was worried about finding a comparable replacement. Seabreeze exceeded our expectations with location, service, and amenities. The house is as pictured, clean and has every amenity you would need. The Airstream adds a perfect ambiance to the background and the gameroom was enjoyed by all ages. I recommend this property for families or groups. I know we will be back!
