Schönes Objekt mit einem super Ausblick auf den Yachthafen

Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft absolut ausgekühlt (Ende Oktober zwei offene Femster). Die Flurbeleuchtung war defekt, so dass wir am Abend der Anreise im dunkeln standen. Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr schön mit Balkon, Balkonmöbeln und Terassenmöbeln. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig: verdreckte Fenster, Küchenschränke teilweise schmutzig, Schlafstubenschrank verstaubt. Die Vorhänge im Küchenbereich fehlten (lagen verdreckt in einem Schieber). Dadurch wirkte der Küchensitzbereich sehr kahl und kühl. Das Küchengschirr bestand aus einem Sammelsurium verschiedener Modelle/Firmen. Im Bad unzureichende Beleuchtung zum Schminken. Insgesamt - sieht man von den Fehlern ab - ein schönes Objekt aufgrund seiner Lage. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein oder mit Auto anreisen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Schöne ebenerdige Ferienwohnung im Yachthafen. Guter Start für Ausflüge nach Rügen, Usedom etc.. Jeder Zeit immer wieder.

Sonne satt

Die FeWo ist super ruhig gelegen, kurzer Fußmarsch in die Stadt. Wir nehmen viele neue Eindrücke mit nach Hause und haben uns super erholt. Leider ist auch hier der Fachkräftemangel zu spüren, daher keine vollen Sternchen. Trotz allem: ich würde wieder kommen!
