🌟Steam Sauna Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 2 people
🍽️ No food or drinks inside the Sauna
🚫 Pregnant women, elderly women, or persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna.
🍷 Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
👶 Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited.
⚠️ Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, and/or fainting.
⏰ Observe a reasonable time limit. 10 minutes is recommended.
⏳ Do not exceed 15 minutes.
👕 Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Open for the season starting April 14. Courts are available daily from 9:00 AM to dusk. No reservations needed. If others are waiting, we kindly ask to limit playtime to about an hour so everyone can enjoy.

🏊 Community Pool Open June 12 – Sept 7, 2026!
Enjoy access to the brand-new Northridge community pool, open daily (weather permitting) from June 12 through Labor Day, September 7, 2026. A perfect spot to cool off after a day of mountain adventures!
Please note that pool operations and hours are managed by the community and may be affected by weather or maintenance requirements.

👥 Maximum capacity – 8 persons
👴 Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years.
📝 Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking.
💳 Security deposit hold on credit card requested at booking.
📋 Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles required.
🆔 Valid ID to be provided for verification as requested.
🚗 Only 2 cars can be parked in the driveway.
🅿️ Free Overflow parking for additional cars.
🗑️ Trash disposal only in designated area next to overflow parking.
🕚 Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🚫 No parties or events.
🚭 No smoking or illegal drug use.🐕 No more than one dog allowed with pet fee.
📝 Pets must be listed in booking.
🎆 No fireworks.
🛀 Review and follow hot tub rules.
🚫 No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter.
🛏️ No pets allowed on beds and couches.
💰 Charge of $25 per hour for early check-in/late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day.
📡 No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming.
🎥 For safety, security cameras installed on the outside.
📦 Supplies provided are as a starter pack; guest responsible for additional supplies if required.
🏡 Review community rules as HOA is strict with enforcing fines.

🌊 Hot Tub Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🚫 No jumping or diving.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
