The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and the quiet location at the edge of the forest and by the water. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, garden furniture, and campfire site.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 additional bed. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.


Location
Hluboká nad Vltavou. The holiday house is located on an open garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is suitable for anglers. Please arrange your own firewood; none is provided. Access is via a field or forest track (unpaved, length 2000 m). Parking on the street in front of the house. The holiday house is located approx. 10 km from the town of Hluboká nad Vltavou; access road: the class 2 road from Hluboká, then turn onto a 2 km long forest track which, after heavy summer rains, is in poor condition, is not maintained and is ideally passable with a 4 x 4 vehicle, please note.
