Vacation apartment Bernstein at Ostsee Domizil Sandburg
In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and directly on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".
The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the cottage with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.
In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.
In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can comfortably reach all apartments of old and new buildings.
All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.
Our apartment "Bernstein" for 4 persons is located in the 2nd OG of the "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant floor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.
The cozy living room is adjoined by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of crockery, on the balcony you can already enjoy the Baltic sun for breakfast. WLAN and Internet-compatible flat-screen TVs are in every room course, two spacious bedrooms with large closet and box spring bed and the beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "amber".
Your car can be parked safely and protected on the adjacent property from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car parking garage from 2019.

Große Wohnung, zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung ist groß& ordentlich,ein paar Ecken sind aber an Sauberkeit übersehen worden und die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche könnte auch größer. Die Lage am Stadtwald ist ziemlich zentral ,aber durch die direkte Nachbarschaft zu Kita , Schule und Hort überhaupt nicht ruhig …

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Lage ist gut, Netto um die Ecke ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss, sowie Pizzeria und ein Eiscafe´. Nur leider ist kein Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 5 Personen, aber leider gibt es nur 1 WC.
In der Anlage gibt es einen kleinen Fitnessraum dieser ist gut eingerichtet und man kann ihn jederzeit nutzen. Eine Tischtennisplatte gibt es dort auch, sowie einen Grillplatz. Einen Grill kann man sich an der Rezeption ausleihen.
Parkplatz mit Bühne war für unsere 2 PKW´s nicht passend, aber alles an der Rezeption geklärt und anderen Parklplatz bekommen. Die Mädels an der Rezeption waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut drauf.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben... traumhaft. Sehr modern u. gut ausgestattet.
Leider hat uns niemand vorher gesagt, dass nebenan eine Baustelle ist u. die Tiefgarage noch nicht fertig gebaut ist und somit die Parkplatzsuche sich etwas nervig gestaltete! Ansonsten war alles stimmig u. man geht ca 5 Minuten bis zum Strand.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Gut ausgestattete, neuwertige Wohnung, auffallend viele Gläser und endlich auch mal Eierbecher (fehlten bislang oft in von uns gemieteten FeWos), 3 TVs (brauchten wir aber nicht) und komfortable Boxspringbetten. Leider funktionierte die Lüftung in der fensterlosen Toilette nicht und diese wurde auch nicht - trotz Reklamation - repariert, was bei 4 Personen zu gewissen olfaktorischen Belästigungen führte, auf die hier nicht näher eingegangen werden soll. Auch war und ist die Lage auf der einen Seite der FeWo, direkt neben einer Kindertagesstätte, nicht gerade Langschläfer-tauglich, ebenso wenig wie die Bauarbeiten auf der anderen Seite der FeWO, wo gerade ein neuer Ferienwohnungskomplex errichtet wird. In diesem Rohbau befinden sich auch die Parkplätze in der bereits fertiggestellten, aber leider mit vielen großflächigen Pfützen durchsetzten Tiefgarage: Gummistiefel waren angebracht. Aber das wird ja Ende des Jahres wohl auch behoben sein.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist modern , gut durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht.
Einziges Manko : Es gibt keinen Backofen und die Betten sind sehr weich.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung. Wir haben uns bemüht, unsere Wohnungen gemütlich und modern einzurichten. Unserer Erfahrung nach sind Backöfen in Ferienwohnungen leider ein Hygieneproblem, daher haben wir in unseren neuen Wohnungen auf Backöfen verzichtet. Die Küchen sind mit Toaster und Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion ausgestattet. Die Betten sind hochwertige Boxspringbetten mit hohem Härtegrad. Hier ist das individuelle Empfinden, was weich oder hart ist, sehr sehr unterschiedlich. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie wieder bei uns Urlaub machen würden. VG Ute Badde
