About this property

This well-equipped holiday home was completed in 2001 and is located only 450 meters from the sea in a small condominium with a large community pool. The garden is planted with grass and the house is south-west oriented so that there is plenty of sun even in winter. The shady carport and the barbecue area with dining area outside complete the offer. The appealing architecture and the good layout leave nothing to be desired. The house is on the ground floor and has a large living-dining room with sofa bed and open kitchen, winter garden, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite.

RELAX

Our holiday was very peaceful thanks to the location of the house which was exactly as advertised. The outdoor area was equipped and pleasant, very nice pool, the sea within walking distance, but still I recommend the car. It is advisable to provide several changes of linen given the price paid of 20€ per person. (only one set of sheets per person for 17 days) Suggestions: Provide equipment to be able to use the barbecue. Improve the equipment in the kitchen. I recommend this solution and our family would gladly return.
