Affordable 2 bedrooms 1 bath townhome! Great economic option for those looking for a place to sleep, on a budget, and close to the best things that Puerto Peñasco has to offer! Not ideal for high demand guests that are looking for luxurious places. We also allow extra people just make sure to bring air mattresses.

Ideally for family and friends gathering located within the authentic local vibe experience at Las Brisas Del Golfo. Overall it's a great place for anyone and we have the pleasure

The Space:
This is a 2-bedrooms and 1 bathroom townhome with on-site garage parking. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer-dryer, pots and pans along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. It also has bath towels, bathroom amenities, and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable full size bed. It also has space just in case you want to bring an air mattress for extra people. The second bedroom has a comfy full bed, spacious closet and you can also have space for an extra air mattress.

The kitchen area has modern cabinets with microwave, refrigerator, and stove. You will find it all, dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, washer and dryer.

While we are fully responsible for the home, we cannot be held responsible for the common areas, extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

Just a place to lay your head.

Property looks just like photos. Small which is expected in Mexico. They have a "Towel Policy" but only provide 4 towels. 1 for the kitchen, 2 dry off towels and 1 hand towel. No hand soap. A small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Huge water bugs in shower. AC works great. 1 car space to park. Not far from tourist area. If you plan to be out all day, it's not bad for a place to sleep.
