Semi-detached house in the greenery near Lignano Pineta, 800 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the center. A beautiful terrace with garden furniture is ideal for relaxing and spending pleasant evenings in good company. Barbecue area and children's play area for common use. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort in Friuli Venezia Giulia, characterized by green and extensive pine forests, such as the famous Hemingway Park. Full of attractions for adults and children with golf club, zoo park and various water and theme parks. Within 100 meters you will find many stores and restaurants with local specialties. Numerous bike paths allow charming excursions in the surrounding area. Art lovers should visit the charming city of Venice (100 km) and Trieste (95 km), the so-called "Vienna by the sea".
