Wir waren im Juni 2026 zwei Wochen dort. Nach unserem Eindruck war die Wohnung sehr zweckmäßig durchgeplant und sowohl geschmackvoll und nützlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich reichhaltig; wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die technischen Anlagen von Küche und Bad funktionierten einwandfrei, und auch während der Hitzewelle in der zweiten Aufenthaltswoche war die Wohnung noch angenehm temperiert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben mit ihm die wenigen Verbesserungsideen diskutiert, die uns wichtig erschienen. Für Leute, die auch diese FeWo mieten möchten, hier einige Hinweise: Die erwähnten "verfügbaren Parkplätze" stehen nicht exklusiv für Mieter bereit, sondern sind kostenlose Parkbereiche an öffentlichen Straßen. Allerdings haben wir nachmittags/abends immer einen Parkplatz ganz nahe der FeWo ergattert. Die Fewo liegt in einem langezogenen Flachbau ebenerdig. Alle Fenster haben außen Rolläden und Fliegengitter, aber innen keine Gardinen, Lamellen-Jalousien o.ä.. Vor unerwünschtem Außeneinblick schützen also nur heruntergelassene Rollläden. Zur FeWo gehört -wie abgebildet- eine Sitzgruppe mit geräumigem Tisch und Metall-Stühlen an der Hauswand neben der Eingangstür, allerdings ohne spezielle Überdachung. Bei Schlechtwetter ist die Nutzung dieses Platzes eingeschränkt. Der große Rasen mit den hohen Bäumen erzeugte eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die durch die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück noch unterstrichen wurde!

Fiquei 1 semana. As comodidades são muito boas. Já a atenção do anfitrião, faz-nos sentir que estamos a fazer uma favor ao ficar lá. Tem as regras de como deixar as loiças e panelas limpas, mas não verifica antes de preparar a casa. Tive de lavar vários com sujidade visível. Apenas 1 rolo de papel para toda 1 semana. E sem qualquer shampoo ou gel de banho. A cama de casal é para dormir separados ( 2 colchões individuais e ondulados). Recebi mensagem a meio da semana, não para perguntar se estava tudo bem, mas para lembrar as regras.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Ruhig am Rande eines parkartigen Innenhofs gelegen, die Fußbodenheizung im Wohn- Kochbereich hat uns gut gefallen. Zwei Dinge hätten wir noch gerne gehabt, ein Eisfach für die Kühlelemente und eine Mikrowelle.

Urlaub zum Erholen

Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Perfekte, ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Gartenanteil. Ausstattung mehr als üblich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Gerne wieder.
