We had a little challenge at the beginning with the door code not working but otherwise, it was a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. Overall, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view balcony was lovely and the beach supplies were an added bonus that made trips to the beach more enjoyable. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place in a nice private condo community.

Great condo for our vacation! Feels quiet and removed but still walkable into south Kihei. Great location with a view towards West Maui. The condo also comes with everything you'd need for the beach - coolers, snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella!

Whales! What a view out the window!

Kihei is a great place to stay. We could see the whales out of our window! Beautiful view of the ocean. Close walk to town to shop and eat! Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the pool and Jacuzzi.

We enjoyed the views from all patio spaces. We love the location of almost being in Wailea. The kids enjoy the pool after beach time. We walked to sunset every night at a great beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's condo in Kihei. The condo had all we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, were all in excellent condition--we really appreciated having those items available to use! The views from the lanai are stunning--we so enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. It is a short walk to the beach; the beach is lovely, great swimming and snorkeling. The two pools and hot tub at the condo complex were clean and relaxing. The parking space right outside the condo was so convenient. Wifi and TV's worked great, AC units worked well, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! David was so pleasant to work with--he always responded promptly to questions and was accommodating of our needs. Check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, David. We would love to return for another visit!

Maui paradise.

Exactly as promised. It had everything we needed and was a great place to call home for 10 days. Breakfast every morning over looking the west mountains from the lenai. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Had everything we needed. Definitely would come back.

Everything was amazing, the only thing I could try to complain about was I thought we would be closer to Kihei road, but that feeling goes away after you step on the lanai and see the beautiful view of the ocean. Overall it was a great stay and I can’t wait to do it again.

Fantastic Kihei condo

We had an amazing visit to Maui. View of the ocean is incredible and sets it apart from other condos. This one was well stocked for the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, towels) and the kitchen. Great location, good communication, easy check in. We'll be back!

Beautiful place to stay!

We Ioved the condo! Two bedrooms, two bathroom, it was 4 of us( two couples)- was perfect. Living room and kitchen was very nicely organised and we had everything we needed to cook and to have proper meals. View was gorgeous, second floor facing ocean. AC helped a lot, we were using it pretty often.

J218 is conveniently located across from the Marina in Kihei and far enough off of South Kihei road to be peaceful with a good view of the ocean. With parking right outside your door and a short stroll to the pool and barbecues this is a very comfortable condo. Thank you!

We live in Dallas, but spend as much time as we can at our second home in Maui. It was always our dream to own a place in Hawaii, and we couldn't have picked a better location, with sweeping ocean and mountain views. It is truly paradise. No matter how many times you go, Maui will both tantalize and relax you as soon as you step your foot on the island.

Why they chose this property

Wailea is less 1/2 mile if you want to lavish yourself with fine cuisine and decadent spa treatments. We love that we are so close to the airport in Kahului - just 25 minutes - as well as some of the most unspoiled beaches Maui has to offer. Kihei offers more of a local feeling to the island, yet offers easy access to many attractions and of course the spectacular natural beauty that is Maui.

What makes this property unique

This is a very quiet, clean, luxury unit with unique views of the ocean and bay, the West Maui mountains and Haleakala rising 10,000 feet into the mists.
