Leila var svært hyggelig med meg, og leiligheten var koselig samt hadde alt en kunne trenge til midlertidig opphold. Svært sentrumsnært, like ved park og t-bane (men det er også mulig å spasere rett ned til gågatene, ca. kvarters gåtur), flere butikker like i nærheten i samme gate, og samtidig er det et relativt rolig strøk uten særlig støy. Det finnes gode muligheter for parkering. Jeg disponerer for øyeblikket ikke bil, men parkeringsplassen så romslig og komfortabel ut.Det er også innredet med en egen vaskemaskin. Det har også TV med lang liste tyske TV-kanaler, hvis en skulle ønske en rolig dag istedet for å gå ut. Jeg anbefaler stedet på det varmeste, og er jeg i området i fremtiden, kommer jeg helt klart til å spørre om det er ledig igjen der!

Tolle Gastfreundschaft und schön eingerichtet

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Persönlich von der Gastgeberin in Empfang genommen und durch die Wohnung geführt worden. Dabei konnte ich Fragen zur Umgebung stellen und wenn etwas gewesen wäre, hätte sie sich sofort darum gekümmert. Das ist echte Gastfreundschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind offensichtlich noch recht neu und super erhalten. Das Internet hat stabile 50 MBit und keine Ausfälle. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage. Sollte ich erneut nach Dortmund kommen, werde ich wieder hier buchen.

Ruhige Citywohnung

Ruhe Citywohnung im ersten Stock mit Blick auf Hinterhof und angrenzenden Park, Innenstadt in 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, Edeka & Aldi und U-Bahnhaltestelle nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr nette und hilfsbeteite Vermieterin. Wir haben die eine Woche unseres Aufenthaltes in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Geschäftsreise in Dortmund

Insgesamt gute Wohnung, wobei die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen verbessert werden kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gestaltete sich leider schwierig. Eine Rechnung konnte bis heute nicht ausgestellt werden und auch von einer mündlichen Absprache zur Verlängerung des Mietobjekts wusste sie nichts.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung von Leila ist sehr gemütlich, absolut sauber und die Ausstattung vorbildlich! Leila selbst ist überaus gastfreundlich und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig an einer kleinen Parkanlage gelegen und man ist trotzdem relativ schnell in der Innenstadt (sogar fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wie beschrieben in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Ich war für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und habe mich ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
