About this property
Charming 1930s Arts District Bungalow near the Heights
Cozy 1930 Heights bungalow conveniently located near downtown Houston, the Arts District, Sawyer Yards and just two blocks from the greenway walking trail with over 25 miles of paved bike trails. The home is located right in the middle of Houston with access I-10 and I-45 within 4 minutes, and a 12 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center.
The Bungalow features two bedrooms, full kitchen and bath, with a flex room/office space off of the back bedroom. The laundry room and 1/4 bathroom door goes out to a shared fully-fenced yard to relax under the pergola or on either of the two porches on both the front and back of the home.
The Bungalow shares the back yard with the Hideaway (detached garage apartment) guest. The front & back porch/deck of the home is for the Bungalow use only. The pedestrian entry gate is shared from the front.
The walking & biking neighborhood is incredibly safe and friendly. There are two parking spots in the driveway inside the manual gate; one is covered under the carport. There is also plenty of street parking available including in front of the Bungalow (main house). If you have a bike or scooter, you can easily store it safely inside the fully fenced property under the carport.
