Please ensure all windows and doors are closed before you turn on AC, Please do not lower below 71 degrees in the summer.
No climbing or sitting on the railings. Please no dogs on the furniture. If you crate your dog at home when you leave the house, please do the same.

What a wonderful stay we had. This house is decorated and stocked nice with everything needed. Plenty of room for us to hangout. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach and it's all sidewalks. Communication was excellent with the host. We had a slight problem after check in and the host immediately got our issue resolved. A+! Highly recommend

Winter Visit

The property is a short 2 minute walk to the beach and perfect central location for strolling all over Oak Island. Like new condition, beautifully decorated, tranquil porch, and has everything you would need. We stayed for a month and never needed anything extra. Hosts were very helpful in all communication. We will be back for sure!

Nice house High Traffic

This house is very nice house, however it backs up to a very busy road. Has a nice porch, but hard to enjoy because it was right on top of the roof of the house next door. We did have to do some mild cleaning when we arrived. A few of the items in the house were not working/needed improvement.

We are a family of 6 with two dogs in Raleigh, NC. We have two dogs and bringing them on vacation with us to the beach was what drew us to Oak Island. We love traveling.

Why they chose this property

We love being able to walk to the beach and the beach pantry store near the home, the sidewalks make it an easy walk. I love how quiet OKI is.

What makes this property unique

The screened in porch to enjoy coffee in morning, the large yard, and ease to get to the beach. We also love how spacious the house feels.
