Stylish house is a 3 bedroom house adjacent to Devtraco Estate, Community 25 just one house off Devtraco Blvd and few blocks from Devtraco Police & Fire Station. It's located in a quiet, nice, and safe environment. Every room has its own bathroom, TV, fridge, AC, fan, emergency alarm switch, 110V and 220V power outlets. Electricity from main power grade, water, Gas, and 40GB of WIFI data included in price.
All Bedrooms and office space are on the second level (take note if you can't climb stairs). No parties permitted on property.
There is a live-in caretaker with his own quarters at the back of the building and does not come into the main building without your invitation, so you will have your privacy. He works full time elsewhere. The cleaner, who lives nearby will clean the house 3 times a week. She can also be a helper or a cook for a fee if requested. There is a live-in caretaker with his own quarters and does not come into the main building without your invitation. HE WORKS FULLTIME ELSEWHERE but is a phone call away incase of an emergency. He will make all arrangements on your behalf if requested.

There are 5 ACs, 4 Fridges, 1 freezer and 5 TVs in the unit, emergency alarm switch in every bedroom, 110V and 220V power outlets. There are two gas leak detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors two fire extinguishers and five smoke alarms. House has electric fence wall and security cameras on fence wall and sides of building. All cameras are outdoor.
