Big Sky Escape: Spacious Home on Working Ranch

The Ranch House 406 sits at the edge of a 50-acre pasture on a working ranch. Relax among rolling hills, spacious property and spectacular views that include mountains, horses, cows and Montana's amazing wildlife. The large newly remodeled kitchen boasts brand new professional Thor kitchen appliances, filtered drinking water and everything you need to whip up an amazing meal! The living room has vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the pasture and an electric wood-burning stove. The three-bedroom home features two remodeled bathrooms and sleeps nine. If grilling is your thing, fire up the new stainless steel Nexgrill, a 4-burner propane gas grill with side burner. After dinner, enjoy a short hike from the house to access Bridger Creek which runs through the property or hike to the top of the property and enjoy spectacular views of the Crazy Mountains, Beartooth Mountains and the Yellowstone River. Just minutes from BLM, national forest and Yellowstone River fishing access, 1.5 hours from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park and only 15 minutes from the quaint town of Big Timber, this property has everything families, hikers, hunters, anglers, cattlemen and rodeo goers could want. This roomy ranch house has high-speed Internet (WiFi), a Bose Speaker for music, a large flat-screen TV, board games and kid DVDs to make rainy days or family time enjoyable. Situated on one private fenced acre with a tire swing for the kids, the adults may also enjoy an additional 350 private acres on which to explore. This property really does have it all. The property can accommodate horse and stock trailers, or RV for an additional fee (water & electric hook-ups). Cattle and horses can graze, roam and be worked in the round pen with reservations and an additional fee.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio looking out over sprawling pasture and beautiful hillsides, gas grill, 10 ft picnic table, Adirondack chairs with fire pit, tire swing, on-site hiking and creek.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, brand new Thor professional stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, Crock-Pot, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices.

DINING: Large custom table hand-made by owner seats 8 comfortably with French doors that open to patio overlooking the pasture. 10 ft picnic table comfortably seats a large family or group of friends.

INDOOR LIVING: Large flat screen TV, kids TV with DVDs, board games, books, books for children, new ceiling fans in living room and two bedrooms. No air conditioning, but comfortable all-year long.

You’ll likely see ranch hand/family members around the property feeding and caring for animals, riding horses or quads, cleaning-up, etc.
