We couldn’t get ahold of the property manager after booking the place for the weekend. When we called to speak to them we were hung up on. We were from out of town and arrived without a place to stay during the music festival we were attending. We missed the majority of the first day simply because we were trying to get a refund and find a place to actually stay. The location could have been really nice if we would have actually heard back from the host. Too much of a hassle, will be sticking to hotels from now on.
