Dream location right behind the Ostseeallee.  Facilities This beachfront 2-room apartment is located in the center of Boltenhagen and is ideal for a family with children or a Baltic holiday for two. The comfortable and tastefully furnished living and sleeping area offers a comfortable sofa bed, a reading corner, TV and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet was freshly renovated in early 2017. The separate kitchen is timeless and comfortably furnished with a dining table and a large kitchenette. Here, thanks to the modern radio (running over WLAN), you can listen to music and news while having breakfast. The bedroom has a box spring bed and a large wardrobe for your wardrobe. The entrance area is inviting. Special features A high chair for the smallest guests can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi for the adults and children is also provided free of charge. You can also use the modern Tassimo in the kitchen (necessary capsules would have to be self-procured). In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
