The apartment in the attic has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with kitchenette (stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle), cozy sofa with sleep function and TV. 

The new building is located in the district Oldersum and offers five modern apartments. The ground floor is apartment 2 for two persons with terrace (about 60 m²). Upstairs there are apartments 3 and 4, each for three to four people with 70 m² and balcony. In the attic there are apartments 5 and 6, each for three to four people, each with about 46 m². All apartments have underfloor heating. Extra beds and cribs are available if required. Parking is available on the property. Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich.
