Each room in this modern home is meticulously designed to be an ideal space of coziness and relaxation. Enjoy a luxurious master suite, open floor plan, entertainer’s kitchen, gas fireplace, huge balconies, home water filtration system, and high-end finishes throughout. Your guests will have all the comforts of home with luxury sleeping arrangements, including 4 king beds, 2 queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Enjoy the outdoor balcony space when cooking on The XL Big Green Egg Grill and relaxing on the outdoor furniture, including a luxury bed swing.
This 5-bedroom, 3-bath luxury home has spectacular views that can be seen throughout almost every room. Home is located steps away from the peaceful, calm waters of Table Rock Lake with the beautiful and colorful backdrop of the Ozark bluffs. Enjoy stargazing from the firepit, which includes seating for10.
You will be mesmerized by the view and the incredible nature. It is common to see bald eagles soar in front of the bluffs, geese gather on the water’s edge and deer wander throughout the entire property.
Family fun activities are abundant. Canoeing and kayaking on the lake and rivers, boating on Table Rock and Beaver Lake, renowned fly fishing on The White River, and sport fishing on either lake or many beautiful hiking/biking trails throughout Arkansas and Missouri. Located on Holiday Island, guests can enjoy community access to an 18-hole (in town) and 9-hole (on the island) golf course, pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts, and pool for a small fee. Holiday Island Marina is located 1.5 miles from the home and all watercraft rentals are available by calling to reserve. Parking for your boat is available with a gravel drive in front of the home.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The view was breathtaking and it was so peaceful. The melodies coming from the wind chimes on the back porch were so soothing. The kitchen had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. From the coffees to the expressos, the seasonings and the appliances, dishes and the utensils was everything we needed. The bedrooms were beautiful and it felt like home. The house was clean from top to bottom. The host was easily contacted, entry into the home was easy. The lake view was amazing and so relaxing. If I ever vacation in Eureka Springs again, I would definitely come back and stay at this home.

This property was everything you see AND MORE!! It is stunning, a perfect layout for large groups, immaculate, and they have stocked pretty much anything that you can think of! Plenty of towels and accommodations for all, super roomy, all the kitchen and bath things - even bottles of mouthwash and a water pik if needed. The robes in the master bath are just the perfect final touch. Each room has a sound machine, and the docking station in the main bedroom was so convenient. The fire pit is cozy, perfectly set up, and equipped with all you need, even utensils for s’mores! The two chairs on the bank for morning coffee were utilized every day. We are already looking at when we can return and book again for a couples trip. The yard and lake area were perfect for my daughter’s wedding photos. I cannot say enough great things about the property and really hope to be there again sooner rather than later!!
Two single kayaks are provided for a great time in nature
We loved the fire pit!
Geese and other wildlife every day!
Heaters are provided to stay cozy in the cool nights!

The host was very welcoming, friendly by a very nice home with several amenities that there's no need to go anywhere. The house was spacious. There are things to do and outside of the house. Please beware the garage is not available.

Perfect Lakefront was indeed perfect! With so many rentals becoming simply investment properties, this place felt like a home. The kitchen contained everything, and then some, needed to prepare large meals. The views from the balcony are as described, prefect! We enjoyed watching the deer and geese in the backyard.made The provided firepit with its ample seating was an awesome way to spend the evenings as a family. The home is very clean and decorated to make you feel at home. The furniture and bedding were all comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely return and spend some more time fishing and just hanging out at this home.

This VRBO is outstanding! It is absolutely beautiful! The home has anything you could ever need. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Great views! Lots of bedrooms with big comfy beds! Beautiful decks! The walk-in lake was great for the little ones and the water was so warm! One note: the beach is really rocky and hurts the feet. We wished we'd had water shoes.

Lakeside Living is the perfect place to stay in Eureka Springs. The home is modern, beautiful and stocked with all the essentials. All of the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. The outside living spaces are very nice. The balcony has comfortable seating and was a great place to hang out. Deer came by to visit and we got to see bald eagles. The property owner is friendly and helpful. Excellent communication, Nicki responded quickly when I had questions. If you are planning a trip to Eureka, I highly recommend staying here.

Friends and I stayed here for a few nights to have a getaway. Everyone LOVED this house and went on and on about how nice it was. It was so clean and smelled fresh and new. There was plenty of space for all 9 adults to have room to never feel cramped. The ONLY thing was that the information for checking out was confusing. Was sent one thing by email but upon arrival there was a longer list in the kitchen. We ended up following both lists but it would have been nice if it was consistent. So if that’s our only problem (which was totally doable) I’d say it was a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Home

We came to Holiday Island with an age range of 4 months to 87 years old. The property met all of our needs with high end finishes and the host was easy to contact.The location on the lake was great. We also had access to the pool nearby. Great vacation!

Beautiful Home w/ breathtaking view

I have stayed in many VRBO’s. This home doesn’t compare with any of the places I’ve stayed at. The owners have truly made it a priority to stock it with anything that would ever be needed. Part of our family have enjoyed visiting Beaver Lake & Table Rock Lake for over 40 years. It has now become a family tradition, and we love sharing this experience with our guests. We have created incredible memories by slowing down, being together and enjoying all that this area has to offer. The clear lakes are located in the bluffs with beautiful cliffs and the rivers are the perfect place for fishing trout, kayaking or plunging in the 50-degree water on hot summer days. It is the perfect place to enjoy nature with your family and friends.
