Perfect Getaway

Norah's home is in a lovely neighborhood that is very well located. The house was extremely clean with thoughtful touches like rolled towels, a cute coffee/Keurig setup, and shades to keep out the heat. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and basic cooking items. It was perfect for our family trip for a wedding with an easy check-in process and responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very enjoyable

The house was very inviting, clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was easy to find things and the leather ties on the towels was a nice touch. The owner was easy to access when we had questions. I would stay here again. The only thing I would suggest would be putting tissues in the bathrooms so the toilet paper didn't get used up so quickly.

Excellent rental in Casa Grande!

The home is very spacious with good quality furniture and a super comfortable bed in master bedroom. Drafty in master bath so we used the guest bathroom for showers and that was warm. Stone floors beautiful and kitchen had what’s needed to cook. Only had one dish towel and dish cloth. There were some very lovely touches in bathrooms. My only complaint is that the carpets were very dirt, needing cleaning Would use again.

Door code was not active/correct.

All communication was clear and quick with the host until arrival. I let the host know we would be arriving at night time. We arrive around 11pm and the door code isnt working. We call numerous time and couldnt get a hold of the host and neither cold Vrbo customer service. We waited for almost 2 hours and had to last minute book a hotel at 1am.Worst part was that the host took ZERO accountability. Wrong door passcode. Didn't apologize. Didn't have her facts straight and said I didn't inform her of early check in (made no sense, I arrived night time on check in day). and had no backup plan or emergency contact. Wouldn't have made it a big deal but what blew my mind was how she didn't accept her mistake and aplogize.
