Built 200 years ago, the house is a gem of modern content. Modern wood stove, dressing room, two balconies, kitchen, WiFi and TV. Accelerate ... In the countryside and yet only 35 minutes by car from Frankfurt city center.

They live very conveniently.
It is 10 km to the A5 motorway (exit, Bad Nauheim). The Taunusbahn train station, which takes you to Frankfurt city center, is 4 km away.
With your own car you are in 17 minutes in Bad Homburg or Bad Nauheim. It is a full 35 minutes to the Frankfurt Trade Fair.

The surrounding area should be used for hiking or cycling. Fishing ponds are within walking distance. Climbing opportunities (Eschbacher cliffs) are only 2 km away. Pure nature, not far from beautiful spa towns like Bad Homburg or Bad Nauheim.

Ecological surprise

The house is old from the outside and totally renewed on the inside- in a very creative way. How nice to be able to stay and sleep in such an environmental friendly home. I already wish to come back in Wintertime, with the stove and all the sheepskins ready!

Nice house not clean

The house is really nice but it was not clean my wife was cleaning the house in the evening spiderwebs and a bucket with black water after cleaning is not good.

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll und genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Der Taunus ist wunderschön. Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Es gibt ringsum viele herrliche Wanderwege durch den Wald.

Toller Kurzaufenthalt

Wir hatten von Anfang an das wohlige Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Besuch zu sein. Die ländliche Lage erfordert ein Auto, aber dann ist zum Beispiel die Kleinstadt Bad Nauheim gut zu erreichen.

Perfekt!

Habe mich selten so wohl in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt - schwer zu beschreiben, aber man ist direkt zu Hause. Vom netten "Check-in" angefangen, über die wunderbare Vollausstattung bis hin zum Charme des Hauses, innen und außen. Ich komme wieder, dann gerne mit Begleitung :-) Danke!

Einfach nur wohlfühlen :-)

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist ein sehr altes Haus, das wunderbar geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und qualitativ hochwertig renoviert ist. Trotz Sommerhitze war das Dachgeschoss sehr angenehm. Für Frühausteher ist die Lage ein Traum, weil morgens die Sonne alles wunderbar erhellt. Herzlichen Dank an Birgit&Chris für die Gastfreundlichkeit. Ich habe mich in diese Wohnung verliebt und komme wieder :-)

Kurz Urlaub

Das alte Haus ist toll restauriert. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, es ist alles wie beschrieben. Super komplette Ausstattung. Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub sehr genossen. Familie Zwermann war sehr gastfreundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein sehr schön und ökologisch restauriertes altes Haus. Allerdings erreicht man keine Läden oder Restaurants zu Fuß. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus mit wundervollen Gastgebern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war extrem sauber und hell, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, leicht bei Fragen zu erreichen und offenensichtlich darum bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Fünf von Fünf, keinerlei Kritik! Wir hoffen noch einmal kommen zu können.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gemütlich. Wir haben und sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr offen und hellhörig… darum absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen, Paare und Familien, die sich sehr gerne mögen und Privatsphäre teilen.

Herbstferien 2023

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichteten alten Fachwerkhaus sehr genossen. Eingebettet in den alten Dorfkern einerseits und dem urig bewachsenen Garten auf der Rückseite lädt die offene Bauweise der Maisonettwohnung zum gemütlichen Beisammensein, Kochen und am Kamin sitzen ein.
