About this property

77 km north of Joensuu, Lake Käränkälampi 130 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km). No connection to the shore. Wood cottage 2008, kitchen-living room, 1 bed room down stairs with double bed and one bed room upstairs with 2 beds, sleeping gallery with sofa bed, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), terrace. Cozy and high standard cottage near the clear water lake of Käränkälampi. The cottage has no connection to the shore. To the illuminated cross country ski trail 400 m. Ukko-Koli slopes 8 km. There are 2 separate toilets; one downstairs and other upstairs. 2,5 km to the beach of lake Pielinen (Merilänranta). Cottage is for max 4 adults and 2 children, not for 6 adults. Bed linen 13 €/person and final cleaning 105 € will be added to the reservations during new year.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings). Final cleaning will be added to the price during the period 27.12.-12.1. Final cleaning fee will be added for the Midsummer bookings.

Kuistilla linnun kakkaa, samoin kuistinkaiteilla, asunto liian kuuma, sisällä muurahaisia, pöytä hakattu pilalle, vaatisi liinan, jotta ruoka maittuisi sen päällä, portaiden päässä ylhäällä tulisi olla portti -muuten vaaralliset, parkkipaikka ahdas (on vielä kahden mökin yhteinen), lähtösiivouslista pitkä verrattuna tulosiivoustasoon!! opastus mökille tulisi olla selvempi !! mökki itse hyvä, mutta vaatisi siivousta ja katsastusta ennenkun asiakas sinne tulee, että kaikki on ok.

Koli 10/2021

Toimiva kokonaisuus sopivan matkan päässä. Yksi asia hieman häiritsi ja se oli alakerran makuuhuoneen verhot. Ne eivät peitä eivätkä pimennä. Lähellä on muitakin mökkejä joten yksityisyys olisi suotavaa.
