Pointe holiday rentals

Did not receive experience advertised. No response from owner when contacted our first morning in the condo; notified Lyle shortly after 9 am of the loud construction noises outside north windows, that run the length of the condo. Later that day, I woke up from afternoon nap to find workers RIGHT outside third story windows, which were then covered with film for the rest of our stay. Noxious paint fumes followed us to the beach and even while bobbin’ on an inter-tube in the Gulf, I could barely keep my eyes open. After an evening of nausea, we decided to depart a full day early when we discovered the interior hallways were to be painted today. The workers were polite and apologetic; they were not at fault for selling an experience we clearly did not have an opportunity to enjoy.
