Beautiful 1 bedroom cabin located on a private peninsula. Completely restored and Surrounded by 20 acre pond with great fishing - In the wintertime we have an Ice Auger available for rental so you can still fish.

The cabin was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much, we cant wait to come back. Easy access to the water for fishing. Breezes that make the house so comfortable you dont have to run the AC all the time. It was so peaceful.

Peaceful country stay

Quiet and relaxing

We have been here twice now. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoy the fishing and the quiet. Forest City is only 4 miles away for groceries and necessities, or to just go out for a meal or a couple drinks. Lovely stay.

Cozy Cabin

This is a hidden gem. Check in and check out is simple. The cabin is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen, bright and cheerful with plenty of light and windows. The patio off the kitchen and the patio off the bedroom provide hours of quiet contentment with unobstructed views of the lake. The campground has a lot to offer, is clean with friendly campers. It was enjoyable to walk the campground loop and chat. Hy Vee and convenience stores are only a five minute drive away. This short get away provided needed rest and relaxation. We look forward to returning.
