5 STAR!! Sleeps 8-10,3bd + loft, 3ba, A/C..5 minutes to beach,Spacious Condo.

This beautiful, fully air conditioned, 1620 sq' Poipu Kai Regency condo is very spacious with two stories and an open loft that serves as a fourth bedroom. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a Calif. KING size bed, a large master bathroom, walk in shower, tub, closet, two sink vanity, TV and even a private lanai. There is a second bedroom w/ a King bed and a full bathroom across the hall. We have provided a stacked washer/dryer on this floor as well.

The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is very modern and is loaded with the newest appliances for your convenience. The living room has a large TV with cable, a DVD player and a surround sound stereo system for your enjoyment. The upstairs boasts the spacious loft area with a closet and three twin beds (can be made into a King sized bed) and a view of the downstairs living area. There is also a third private bedroom with a queen bed and TV as well as another full bathroom...this is a Jack n Jill bathroom.

This condo is an upper unit so there is no noise to contend with. It is located in the Regency group of condos which have access to the private 3 pools, spas and BBQ areas (available only to Regency guests) should you desire to BBQ and lounge about. There is a beautiful walking path, with immaculately manicured trees, shrubs, and lawns that leads to the beach from the condo. This is a very pleasant 5 minute stroll. The beaches are very user friendly should you desire to snorkel, swim, or just lie out and catch up on your tan.

We own, rent and manage this condo ourselves as well as # 857718 ( the 2 units could be combined for larger groups)... and take great pride in offering you the best value in housing in the Poipu area for your dream vacation.

This was a beautiful condo for our large family. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook large meals. Three bathrooms and large bedrooms were appreciated. The best part of the condo was the location. Close to two of the swimming pools with hot tubs and a pretty walk down to the beach. We saw so many turtles on the beach and ate a lot of puka dogs. We would book this place again!

Great location on the path down to Poipu beach. Overall a pretty nice stay, though some maintenance seemed deferred: primary shower needs work, and stained, tired sectional probably needs replacing. For these top-dollar prices, we'd expect better.

Thanks for your review. The handle on the shower just wriggles a bit, but works perfectly . Sectional is scheduled for steam cleaning next week...it gets stained from folks sitting on it in "wet" swimming gear, which we ask NOT to sit in wet clothing. That's what happens when in Hawaii.

We had a wonderful stay on Kauai! The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient to so many great spots around the island. The nearby beach was only a short, easy walk away, and the snorkeling in the area was excellent.The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family. It had everything we needed and made our trip feel relaxed and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is absolutely wonderful. So convenient and close to shopping and beaches . We were lucky to see the beautiful large turtles basking on the shore..Kauai is such a beautiful wonderful place to visit. And offers great food and lots of different types of shopping.. The condo was large enough to accommodate all five of us comfortably.. the issue we had from the beginning was a broken shower handle.An ancient microwave with a broken handle glued back together.A hole in the front bedroom ceiling from a leak that had been patched, but didn’t hold. There is deferred maintenance for this place. Several broken tiles on the floor floors. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly want.

Darla I appreciate your feedback. A few points..the previous guests broke the shower handle and wasn't discovered until our cleaning folks discovered it and I immediately got a plumber over and had it fixed for your stay. Microwave works perfectly. New roofs were just put on in the spring and awaiting for them to be finished so ceiling can be fixed by HOA...Tiles on floor do indeed have microscopic cracks due to settling but not broken. Mike

Our stay at Regency at Poipu Kai was amazing. We had six adults and three kids (8,9,10). The unit really suited our needs for three separate families and the grounds were beautiful. Property management was extremely responsive and even accommodated us when our flights were canceled and we need to extend our stay. The unit had everything we needed, kitchen utensils (we only ate out once during our 16-day stay), games, towels, etc. There were plenty of beach towels, beach essentials (beach umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, bodyboards, coolers, etc.) and a great wagon to carry it all. We walked to the beach every day and saw turtles (up to 30 at a time) and Monk Seals on Poipu Beach. The kids spent plenty of time at all three pools, which were clean and warm. We highly recommend this property *****

Perfect condo for our family of nine, accommodations for everyone. Provided beach equipment was a plus for us. Very nice short walk to beaches. Also nice to be able to walk to Kalapacki Joes whenever for eats and drinks.Would stay here again in the future.
