About this property

Villa Maria Tereza is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool with a flow effect so you can swim against the water jet. Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.

The interior is new, modern and luxurious. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, cellar and laundry room. There is a living room, balcony, bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor, and two more bedrooms with bathrooms are on the second floor. Six people can sleep on the beds, and two more can sleep on the couch in the living room. If required, a cot is available.
The house is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a video game console.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren Anfang September für zwei Wochen mit 5 Erwachsenen vor Ort. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet: Küche, EZ im EG, WZ und 1 SZ mit Bad im OG und 2 SZ mit 2 Bädern im DG, dazu 2 WC (eins davon am Pool). Das Highlight war, zumindest für die 3 jüngeren Mitreisenden, die 6 ! Fernseher. Der nächste größere Supermarkt war in Zimij, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem PKW. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants. Wir sind allerdings zum Essen meist nach Svetvincenat gefahren, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem PKW in die andere Richtung. Dort gibt es eine schöne Pizzeria am kleinen Kastel. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Marta war ein Traum! Auch vergessene Klamotten wurden einfach nachgeschickt. Super Urlaub.

Wonderful villa

Booking the villa was easy and communication very good. The villa turned out to be all we had hoped for and more. We wanted a place in a good inland location to visit all the surrounding towns, beaches etc and that’s exactly what it was. Marta was a great host and always contactable if we needed her. We made full use of the villa’s pool, bbq and table tennis. We would definitely recommend it - in fact, we already have to our relatives!

Ein Traum

Die Kommunikation mit der Organisation lief einwandfrei. Die Location ist wunderbar ruhig, aber keiner beschwert sich über ein bisschen Musik am Abend. Die Sauna im Untergeschoss war eine geniale Überraschung und die Soundanlage darin hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und wunderschön hergerichtet. Die Besitzerin kommt alle 2 Tage zum Blumen gießen und bei Fragen ist sie innerhalb kurzer Zeit einfach zu erreichen. We'll be back!:)

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Tomišići

Wir - drei Paare und ein Kleinkind - haben 8 Nächte in der wunderschönen Villa Maria Tereza verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief einwandfrei. Auf Nachfrage, ob ein Kinderhochstuhl in der Unterkunft vorhanden sei, wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet und natürlich ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Vor der Ankunft wurde mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufgenommen, sodass die Villa direkt bezogen werden konnte. Frau Matika hat uns durch die Unterkunft geführt und wir müssen sagen, die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Als Highlight gab es sogar im Untergeschoss eine Sauna. Die Villa war sehr sauber, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet. Frau Matika war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sogar zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir noch etwas benötigen. Der Check-Out verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 km entfernt. Auf ein Auto ist man in dem kleinen Örtchen auf jeden Fall angewiesen. Größere Städte wie Pula, Poreč und Rovinj sind in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt in einem Wohngebiet und die Poolanlage und der Außenbereich liegen an Verkehrswegen. Da Tomišići aber sehr klein ist, haben uns die paar Autos überhaupt nicht gestört. Zusammengefasst hat uns der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!
